  • Base Power: 75
  • Category: Special
  • Secondary Effect: 10% chance to freeze the target
  • Accuracy: 100%
  • PP: 10 (Max 16)
  • Target: All adjacent Pokemon
  • NOT sound move, wind move, slicing move, etc. — no additional flags.
