I believe houndoom has a legitimate niche in the tier to apply pressure to the following: delphox, Typhlosion Hisui, slowbro galar, amogus, espeon, and more. With doom's access to toxic and super fang, it can effectively cripple switchins such as milotic, florges, goodra. I can doom being used on a team that punishes switching/pivoting so hazards + water immunity + rocky helmet
