Yeah, if something actually doesn't exist it is not listed, and if something is actually 100% it shows without a %. Don't forget that items are determined by a set of conditions in a generator program, not actually attached to the species, so the final product (much less the tooltip extension) would have no way of knowing if something was "intended" but never showed up (or unintentionally always showed up).Oh so it's not a literal 100/0 but like a 99.x/0.x that displays like that bc of rounding?
