What is the bug?
In Double Battles, when using a spread move with non-accuracy check on a specific weather (such as Wildbolt Storm on Rain) on a Pokémon with Utility Umbrella, the accuracy is checked for both targets, not only the one holding the item.
The mechanic was tested on the cartridge using Wildbolt Storm on Rain, and the evidence was recorded.
Testing with both Pokémon taking damage
Testing with a Pokémon immune to the move but holding the Utiliy Umbrella
Approximately 40 Wildbolt Storms was used, and all of them landed in a Pokémon with a +6 Evasion modifier.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?

After this, i replicated the bug with all the three genies special moves, and all the moves misses:

Its possible to get some interesting details too, such as Sandsear Storm checking Accuracy for Alolan-Muk, even if Cresselia is immune to the move.
Note that Blizzard was not tested, but if they use the same logic, its possible that the move on Snow also can miss a target with an ally holding Utility Umbrella
