Choice Band is a set I think I'd consider to bluff the standard Bulk Up sets. Dipplin in my brain seems annoying and you have the Ice Punch presence but it relies also on getting turns right. Any form of paralysis feels really supportive for a set in paralysis supportive Pokemon like Static + Discharge Bellibolt, Thunder Wave Qwilfish and Rotom-H, and GULP MISSLE CRAMORANT.
