Speed bug:
my friend was testing something on me, and I had a max speed pult when he had a max speed deoxys-A. he should've moved first but he didnt.

Hmm, it's a bit hard to believe this wasn't a set oversight on your part. Have you tested it again with exactly the same sets?

Checking the debug log (only accessible to admins, shows full set details) reveals that deoxys-a was NOT max speed. Performing a stat calc confirms that it was slower than dragapult's set so this is not a bug.
