Offensive Stealth Rock (Wigglytuff) @ Life Orb
Ability: Competitive
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 SpD
Modest Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Dazzling Gleam
- Fire Blast / Focus Blast
- Knock Off

[SET COMMENTS]
Wigglytuff's deep coverage movepool and acceptable offensive stats make it an adept offensive Stealth Rock setter. Fire Blast 2HKOes Grass-types like Servine, Gogoat, and Ivysaur, Steel-types like Bronzor and Klang, and 2HKOes Dustox. Focus Blast OHKOes Rock-types like Lairon and Gigalith, the latter after Stealth Rock, OHKOes Normal-types like Persian and Furfrou, and still threatens Lairon and Klang. Knock Off cripples special walls like Duosion and Seaking. Life Orb powers up Wigglytuff's coverage moves and enables it to reach the aforementioned thresholds. Competitive lets it discourage Defog users like Vibrava and Dustox from removing hazards via the special attack boost.

This Wigglytuff set fits best on more offensive builds, sacrificing its cleric abilities to become a deadly wallbreaker. Swalot is a serious threat to it, consistently avoiding the 2HKO from attacks and threatening it back with its own STAB moves; Ground- and Psychic-types like Krokorok and Meowstic-F can threaten serious damage back. Spikes setters like Whirlipede and Glalie can rack up more residual damage and reinforce Wigglytuff's role as a hazard deterrent with Competitive; they can provide additional utility with Toxic and Taunt, respectively. Other special sweepers like Servine, Simisage, and Simipour can work together to overwhelm special checks as well. Thunder Wave users like Duosion and Electabuzz and Kricketune can address Wigglytuff's low Speed. With its now lacking bulk, pivots like Electabuzz, Jumpluff, and Furfrou are greatly appreciated to help it get in safely.

(I think Psychic is worth slashing after Knock Off to catch defensive Swalot and not risk a Fire Blast miss vs Ivysaur and Dustox. Smth to bring up to the rest of the QC team. for approval)

This Wigglytuff set fits best on more offensive builds, sacrificing its cleric abilities to become a deadly wallbreaker. (I'd word this sentence more as offensive rocker than wallbreaker. The main goal of the set is to have a rocker that pressures Defog users like Dustox and Vibrava, and opposing rockers like Krok, Bronzor, Gigalith.) Swalot is a serious threat to it, consistently avoiding the 2HKO from attacks and threatening it back with its own STAB moves; Ground- and Psychic-types like Krokorok and Meowstic-F can threaten serious damage back. Spikes setters like Whirlipede and Glalie can rack up more residual damage and reinforce Wigglytuff's role as a hazard deterrent with Competitive; they can provide additional utility with Toxic and Taunt, respectively. Other special sweepers like Servine, Simisage, and Simipour can work together to overwhelm special checks as well such as Meganium and Seaking. Thunder Wave users like Duosion and Electabuzz and Kricketune can address Wigglytuff's low Speed. With its now lacking bulk, pivots like Electabuzz, Jumpluff, and Furfrou are greatly appreciated to help it get in safely. (Dunno if it'd be too long, but you could add smth like "These pivots take advantage of Wigglytuff's ability to threaten their checks in Scraggy, Bronzor, and Gourgeist-Large." Adding this phrase p much sums up why SR Wiggly should be used (on top of being good into common removal + rockers))
