[SET COMMENTS]

========
- Volcarona relies on Quiver Dance to sustain itself and make it a threat on the field that deals massive damage with immense special bulk and high speed. Volcarona has a good matchup into both Calyrex-S and Calyrex-I as well as Zacian-C and Zamazenta-C.
- Struggle Bug is a good choice for breaking the Focus Sash of Calyrex-S or Shadow Shield from Lunala while lowering their Special Attack. Giga Drain provides a healing option for Volcarona and hits Water-type Pokemon like Kyogre or Urshifu-R, which Volcarona can struggle to handle. Fiery Dance is a weaker option than Flamethrower but offers a chance to boost your Special Attack further boosting the sweeping potential of Volcarona.
- Leftovers provides recovery for Volcarona every turn to sustain itself on the field longer. Volcarona uses Electric Seed when paired next to Miraidon to boost its Defense which allows it to survive a Flare Blitz from Koraidon.
- The speed allows Volcarona to outspeed Calyrex-S after a single use of Quiver Dance as well as avoiding a speed tie with Urshifu-R. The bulk allows Volcarona to live two Astral Barrage from Calyrex-S after one Quiver Dance and survive Behemoth Blade from bulky Zacian-C after a Swords Dance. The Special Attack investment has a chance to OHKO Zacian-C with Flamethrower after a Quiver Dance or have a chance to OHKO Calyrex-I and OHKO Zamazenta-C with Flamethrower after two Quiver Dance.
- Volcarona is threatened by Water- and Fire-type attacks like Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R or Flare Blitz from Koraidon, so Tera Dragon is optimal to resist both typings. Tera Grass provides a way to ignore Spore and other powder moves like Rage Powder from Amoonguss as well as providing a resistance to Water-type attacks. Tera Grass also boosts the damage of Giga Drain making it more effective against Water-Type Pokemon like Urshifu-R.

Teambuilding
=========
- Volcarona struggles to break through Lunala even after setting up due to its ability Shadow Shield and access to Meteor Beam which can force Volcarona to Terastillize or swap out. Lunala has access to Moonblast which also counters Tera Dragon on Volcarona.
-Kyogre can OHKO Volcarona with Water-type moves like Water Spout and decrease the damage of Flamethrower or Fiery Dance with Drizzle.
-Koraidon can resist attacks from Volcarona making it hard for Volcarona to break through Koraidon. Koraidon can also OHKO Tera Grass Volcarona with a sun boosted Fire-type move like Flare Blitz.
- Ogerpon-C threatens Volcarona with Encore as it can force Volcarona to use Quiver Dance not giving it a chance to attack. Follow me can redirect Struggle Bug from threats like Kyogre giving Volcarona a hard match up. Volcarona can't survive Ivy Cudgel from Ogerpon-C which forces Volcarona to Terastillize or swap out.
- Zamazenta-C can take many attacks while hitting physically against threats like Kyogre and Ogerpon-C with Body Press or breaking through Lunala with Behemoth Bash.
- Miraidon can set up Electric Terrain to active Electric Seed or make it so Volcarona can't be put to sleep by Amoonguss using Spore. Miraidon also can handle the Water-Type threats like Kyogre or Urshifu-R. Miraidon threatens Koraidon with Draco Meteor and Electric Terrain activating Electric Seed for Volcarona.
- Grimmsnarl can provide extra support to Volcarona with Light Screen and Reflect so that Volcarona can feel safe setting up Quiver Dance. Grimmsnarl can also use Thunder Wave on fast Pokemon like Zacian-C to ensure Volcarona can set up before Zacian-C can move.
- Iron Hands is a great slow partner for Volcarona to handle Trick Room threats or break through Water-type Pokemon like Urshifu-R. Iron Hands also has access to Fake Out to flinch an opposing Pokemon which supports Volcarona in setting up Quiver Dance.

- Volcarona relies on Quiver Dance to sustain itself and make it a threat on the field that deals massive damage with immense special bulk and high speed. Briefly mention Volcarona's good matchups in this point too
- Giga Drain provides a healing option to Volcarona and to hit Water-type Pokemon Mention an example which Volcarona can struggle to handle. Struggle Bug is a good choice due to it being a special STAB move while lowering the Special Attack of threats like Kyogre. This is just dex info, you could reword this to mention things like breaking Calyrex-S's Focus Sash and Lunala's Shadow Shield while lowering their Special Attack Fiery Dance is a weaker option than Flamethrower but offers a chance to boost your Special Attack further boosting the sweeping potential of Volcarona.
- Leftovers provides recovery for Volcarona every turn to sustain itself on the field longer. Covert Cloak is good for ignoring the flinch from Fake Out so the set up with Quiver Dance isn't stalled to help Volcarona sweep. It is worth mentioning Covert Cloak prevents Volcarona's Special Attack being dropped by Miraidon's Snarl
- The speed allows Volcarona to outspeed Calyrex-S after a single use of Quiver Dance. The bulk allows Volcarona to live two Astral Barrage from Calyrex-S after one Quiver Dance and survive Behemoth Blade from bulky Zacian-C after a Swords Dance. The Special Attack investment has a chance to OHKO Zacian-C after a Quiver Dance or have a chance to OHKO Calyrex-I and OHKO Zamazenta-C after two Quiver Dance. Mention what attacks Volcarona uses to achieve these KOs
- Volcarona struggles to hit is threatened by Terastallizing doesn't allow Volcarona to damage them well Water- and Fire-type Pokemon attacks Mention examples so Tera Dragon is opitmal optimal to resist both typings. Giga Drain benefits from Tera Grass as it increases the damage dealt and gives a way to hit Water-type Pokemon that would otherwise wall Volcarona. This isn't the primary reason for Tera Grass, mentioning the immunity to Amoonguss's Spore and Rage Powder as well as defensive capabilities is more important than increasing the damage of Giga Drain

Teambuilding
=========
- Lunala can counter Volcarona due to its ability Shadow Shield This isn't accurate, reword this to mention Shadow Shield makes Lunala difficult for Volcarona to OHKO even after setting up and access to Meteor Beam which can force Volcarona to Terastallize or swap out. Lunala has access to Moonblast which also counters Tera Dragon on Volcarona.
- Clefairy can Encore Volcarona into Quiver Dance making it so it can't attack. Clefairy's ability Friend Guard can decrease the damage dealt from Volcarona significantly and redirect Flamethrower with the use of Follow Me. Move this bullet point under Koraidon so you group the restricted threats together
-Kyogre can OHKO Volcarona with Water Spout and decrease the damage of Flamethrower and Fiery Dance Or you could just remove Flamethrower and change this to "Fire-type attacks" with Drizzle. Alternatively Volcarona can Tera Dragon and use Struggle Bug to survive Water Spout from Kyogre while lowering its Special Attack to protect itself. Don't need to mention this since you would have talked about this in the Tera types section
-Koraidon can resist the moves from Volcarona and OHKO Tera Dragon or Tera Grass Volcarona. How does Koraidon do this? Volcarona lacks a way to boost its Defense so physical attackers like Koraidon can break through it easily.
- Zamazenta-C can take physical hits many attacks Zamazenta-C is generally quite bulky all round and I wouldn't specifically mention physical attacks since the primary physical attacking threat to Volcarona is Koriadon which Zamazenta-C also doesn't like while hitting physically against threats like Kyogre With? or breaking through Clefairy with Behemoth Bash.
- Grimmsnarl can provide extra support to Volcarona with Light Screen and Reflect so that Volcarona can feel safe setting up Quiver Dance further decreasing the amount of damage it takes from special attacks This is fluff. Grimmsnarl can also use Thunder Wave on fast Pokemon like Zacian-C to ensure Volcarona can set up before Zacian-C can move.
- Miraidon can set up Electric Terrain so that Volcarona can't be put to sleep by Amoonguss using Spore. Miraidon also can handle the Water-Type threats like Kyogre or Urshifu-R. Move this below the Zamazenta-C bullet point to group the restricteds together. You should make a bullet point for Iron Hands too as a Volcarona partner

In case I don’t have time to qc this, the set should replace Covert Cloak with Electric Seed based on metagame trends from VR challenges, D2 Smogon Live Tour, and NAIC, to some extent. Also, it should be Timid 132 Speed to avoid the tie with Urshifu-R, if you could make those changes :)

Good work! You may mark as 1/2 after making these final changes.

Struggle Bug is a good choice for breaking the Focus Sash of Calyrex-S or Shadow Shield from Lunala while lowering their Special Attack. Move the Struggle Bug sentence before Giga Drain to match the set order Fiery Dance is a weaker option than Flamethrower but offers a chance to boost your Special Attack further boosting the sweeping potential of Volcarona.
- Leftovers provides recovery for Volcarona every turn to sustain itself on the field longer. Electric Seed supports the Defense of Volcarona by boosting it, giving a way for Volcarona to take physical attacks, which Volcarona normally lacks a way to do. This is fluffed up, rewrite it to mention Volcarona uses Electric Seed when paired with Miraidon and the Defense boost allows it to survive Flare Blitz from Koraidon
- The speed allows Volcarona to outspeed Calyrex-S after a single use of Quiver Dance as well as avoiding a speed tie with Urshifu-R. - Volcarona is threatened by Water- and Fire-type attacks like Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R or Flare Blitz from Incineroar Koraidon Way higher damage from Koraidon than Incineroar, so Tera Dragon is optimal to resist both typings. Tera Grass provides a way to ignore Spore and other powder moves like Rage Powder from Amoonguss as well as providing a resistance to Water-type attacks. You can keep the mention of Tera Grass boosting the damage of Giga Drain from the previous check, you just needed to emphasise this was the main reason for Tera Grass

Teambuilding
=========
-Koraidon can resist the moves attacks from Volcarona making it hard for Volcarona to break through Koraidon. Koraidon can also OHKO Tera Dragon Volcarona with a Dragon-type STAB move like Dragon Claw Koraidon don't run Dragon Claw let alone any Dragon-type moves often and OHKO non Terastillized or Tera Grass Volcarona with a sun boosted Fire-type move like Flare Blitz.
- Clefairy can Encore Volcarona into Quiver Dance making it so it can't attack. Clefairy's ability Friend Guard can decrease the damage dealt from Volcarona significantly and redirect Flamethrower with the use of Follow Me. Looking at it again, Clefairy isn't the greatest mention as a check. You should replace it with Ogerpon-C instead
- Zamazenta-C can take many attacks while hitting physically against threats like Kyogre and Ogerpon-C with Body Press or breaking through Clefairy Lunala with Behemoth Bash.
- Miraidon can set up Electric Terrain to active Electric Seed or make it so Volcarona can't be put to sleep by Amoonguss using Spore. Miraidon also can handle the Water-Type threats like Kyogre or Urshifu-R. Mention how Miraidon threatens Koraidon
