Data Usage-Based Tier Update for July 2025 (August @ #44)

For those interested in SU, there are no quickdrops this month. Projected changes are as follows:

Mismagius could move from SUBL to ZU
Cacturne could move from SU to ZU
Lurantis could move from SU to ZU
Rotom could move from SU to ZU
Sableye could move from SU to ZU
Sandaconda could move from SU to ZU

Farigiraf could move from ZU to SUBL
Virizion could move from ZU to SUBL
Perrserker could move from ZU to SU
Toedscruel could move from ZU to SU
Hattrem could move from ZU to NFE

Ladder. This is why we need an RU by technicality (RU) tier. This simply wouldn’t be particularly hard to implement and you would only need it for RU and NU rn. The mons that would fall into these are:

RU: Forretress, (chansey next vr update)
NU: Braviary, Galvantula, Vileplume
(There would technically be ZU mons but since ps doesnt even give SU a ladder i highly doubt that theyd do ZU by technicality but hey if you wanna implement it ;) )
