Today after I send my second follow up message they reply they are online (I was out) but when I had got back 30 or so minutes later they were no longer online/responsive. If they want to play they can feel free to DM me and I'll delete / we'll play, but as it stands I believe their lack of agency toward playing this match gives me reasonable grounds to call act.
