- Booster Energy Roaring Moon is a fast Tailwind setter that supports its Restricted partners. With Prankster Tailwind users like Tornadus and Whimsicott offering more immediate speed control, Roaring Moon sets itself apart by providing meaningful offensive pressure and role compression. Roaring Moon outspeeds and threatens to OHKO Calyrex-S with Knock Off, while also comfortably taking Astral Barrage.
- Acrobatics lets Roaring Moon threaten Pokemon like Rillaboom, Amoonguss, and Urshifu-R. Knock Off is Roaring Moon’s preferred Dark-type STAB, allowing it to threaten Lunala and Calyrex-S while also disrupting foes by removing their items.
- Booster Energy lets Roaring Moon outspeed threats like Calyrex-S and even Modest Choice Scarf Miraidon, allowing it to pressure them with Knock Off or set up Tailwind before they move.
- The Attack investment allows Roaring Moon to deal maximum damage and still receive a Speed boost from Protosynthesis, with the remaining EVs allocated to HP.
- Tera Flying is used to remove Roaring Moon's Fighting-, Dragon-, Bug-, and Fairy-type weaknesses, aiding it against Pokemon like Zamazenta-C, both Urshifu formes, and Flutter Mane. It also boosts the power of Acrobatics, allowing Roaring Moon to score OHKOs on Rillaboom and non-bulky Urshifu-R.

Teambuilding
=========
-
Tera Fairy Lunala and Miraidon are difficult for Roaring Moon to remove, and they can OHKO it with Moonblast and Dazzling Gleam, respectively. Flutter Mane is also problematic because it can outspeed Roaring Moon with its own Protosynthesis boost and OHKO with Moonblast or slow it down with Icy Wind.
- Ice-types like Calyrex-I and Chien-Pao threaten Roaring Moon before and after Terastallization. Calyrex-I can also punish Tailwind from Roaring Moon by setting Trick Room and theatening an OHKO with Glacial Lance.
- Zamazenta-C and Zacian-C wall Roaring Moon and can OHKO it with Body Press and Play Rough, respectively.
- Incineroar is troublesome for Roaring Moon, weakening its damage output with Intimidate and Will-O-Wisp while taking little in return. Grimmsnarl limits Roaring Moon’s field impact with Reflect to reduce its damage and Spirit Break to threaten an OHKO.
- Roaring Moon is commonly paired with Kyogre, providing Tailwind support to let Kyogre outspeed threats like Calyrex-S and Zamazenta-C and fire off full-power Water Spout. Roaring Moon threatens Grass-types like Rillaboom and Amoonguss that Kyogre struggles against.
- Roaring Moon pairs well with Zacian-C, helping it outspeed threats like Calyrex-S and Choice Scarf Miraidon with Tailwind. In return, Zacian-C covers for Roaring Moon's weakness to Fighting-, Dragon, and Fairy-types like Flutter Mane and Miraidon with its STAB moves. Alternatively, it can be paired with Zamazenta-C, which also appreciates the speed control while handling Fairy-types as well as Incineroar, which Roaring Moon struggles against.
- Urshifu-R benefits from Roaring Moon’s Tailwind support, capitalizing on its unprotectable attacks. Roaring Moon checks Calyrex-S, Rillaboom, and Amoonguss for it, while Urshifu-R pressures Chien-Pao in return.
- Chien-Pao pressures threats like Miraidon, Raging Bolt, and Koraidon for Roaring Moon, while Roaring Moon handles Urshifu-R and Volcarona. Chien-Pao bolsters Roaring Moon's offensive pressure with Sword of Ruin, even allowing it to OHKO Ogerpon-H with Acrobatics.
- Amoonguss can safely redirect Fighting- and Fairy-type attacks from Zamazenta-C and Zacian-C that would otherwise threaten Roaring Moon.

Roaring Moon outspeeds and threatens to OHKO Calyrex-S with Knock Off, while also comfortably taking its STABs I would just straight up say Astral Barrage, it is very unlikely that Calyrex-S would use a Psychic-type attack. Roaring Moon also handles Grass-types like Rillaboom and Ogerpon-H, easily tanking their attacks and hitting back hard with Acrobatics.
- Acrobatics lets Roaring Moon threaten Pokemon like Rillaboom, Amoonguss, and Urshifu-R, which are foes that its common partner Kyogre often struggles to KO. You did mention Knock Off in the point above but I feel it would be good mentioning it again here as a threat to Lunala breaking Shadow Shield allowing Roaring Moon's partner to finish it off

(This is quite vague for C&C, I'd recommend simplying to bulkless or something similar, but if it OHKOs another important spread probably leave it as it is.)

(Koraidon claiming the kill after you Tera Flying to avoid Flutter Mane is quite unfortunate.)

Grimmsnarl limits Roaring Moon’s field impact with Reflect to reduce its damage, Thunder Wave to negate the Tailwind boost for its teammates, and Spirit Break to OHKO. (Picky here but I think you can simplify this as damage reduction / mitigation.)
In return, Zacian-C covers for Roaring Moon's weakness to Fighting-, Dragon, and Fairy-types with its STAB moves (Bringing up earlier examples would be great here.).
Chien-Pao bolsters Roaring Moon's offensive pressure with Sword of Ruin, even allowing it to OHKO most Ogerpon-H with Acrobatics. (Smae thing here.)
- Amoonguss can safely redirect Fighting- and Fairy-type attacks from Zamazenta-C and Zacian-C that would otherwise threaten Roaring Moon.
