  • Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for me to make decisions for activity calls when I can actually see what went down with scheduling.​
  • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to me or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.​
  • Substitutions may be made after a week has started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.​
  • If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.​
  • Replays are mandatory. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later.​
  • Managers: Please send me your lineups in the same format that I used to post pairings. It makes it much easier to post future rounds more quickly.​

SV Ubers: Kate vs entrocefalo -- YIPPEE very hype game imo, really hard call, on average I think I prefer Kate's building though
SV Ubers: Frito vs fish anemometer -- le feesh has had a better run but frito has had some great wins this tour
SV Ubers: Envy vs default0 -- both really strong players, though I've found default0's play to be more convincing (plus he is my ladder hero self-insert)
USUM Ubers: Terracotta vs baconeatinassassin -- two of my favorite usum players to watch, but the pan has gone to sizzling...

SV Ubers: Kate vs entrocefalo - i think entro plays far more precisely but kate will probably roll up with a better match up. close game, 40/60 to entro
SV Ubers: Frito vs fish anemometer - idk either but frito did well in wcop finals so surely they are pretty good 60/40 to frito
SV Ubers: Envy vs default0 - default is the best sv uber player 35/65 to him
SS Ubers: Aberforth vs aerobee - aerobee plays more optimally but aber does have years of experience in the tier, close match up. 45/55 to aerobee
USUM Ubers: Terracotta vs baconeatinassassin - very loopsided game, i think bacon outclasses in every aspect. only thing saving terra is a very good match up 25/75 to bacon
ORAS Ubers: MZ vs Gondra - i rate both highly in oras but mz been slacking with the plays + teams and gondra is incredibly precise with his. 38/62 to gondra
BW Ubers: Shitrock enjoyer vs MMII - mmii will probably espeon sun to the win 45/55 to them
DPP Ubers: Piyu vs shrang - ngl i am a piyu believier, shrang will probably pull up with some meme shit. 55/45 to piyu
ADV Ubers: Inspirited vs Indulge in dreams - inspirited plays more precise from wat ive seen so far, but its adv so idk 60/40 to them
GSC Ubers: summer islands vs cyberacc - cyber will probably mindfuck himself again in prep and lose to mew lead once more. 60/40 to summer

Most of you probably don't know me since I'm not primarily an Ubers player. In fact, my journey into Ubers began completely by chance years ago when I joined China's UPL. My team was short on BW players at the time, and that's how I started my ROA Ubers adventure.

In 2023, I participated in UB Classic for the first time and made it to playoffs. As the 16th seed, I was predictably swept 3-0 by skysolo. That same year, I tried out for UPL, but clearly the captains didn't think I was ready for that level of competition, so I missed the opportunity to interact with top-tier players.

This year marked my second attempt at UB Classic. I got lucky with a decent seed and managed to reach semifinals. That's when CN's Ubers emperor LouisIX approached me, asking if I'd join his UPL team to chase greatness together. I was absolutely thrilled - especially since the captain was RichardMillePlain, a friend of Chinese I'd known before. And so, full of curiosity and anticipation, I began my UPL journey.

I won't recount every detail of the tournament or my emotional rollercoaster, but this competition exposed all my flaws - frequent lapses in judgment and those inevitable, heartbreaking endgame chokes. I'm incredibly grateful to my teammates for continuing to believe in me and carrying me all the way to finals, giving me a chance to redeem myself on the biggest stage and lift our championship trophy.

First, I want to thank the emperor LouisIX . Even though he often ignores my dumb questions, even though his words can cut deep, even though he's always playing Genshin Impact - there's no denying his immense contributions to CN Ubers' development and my personal growth. Hope I get to keep "disappointing" you next year too, haha!

My first encounter with RichardMillePlain was during this year's ORAS Ubers tournament where he cleanly defeated me. Later he registered on QQ (a popular Chinese messaging app), and we started interacting more. Throughout this tournament, he never stopped believing in me and provided countless practice games. He's the epitome of a reliable, responsible captain, and I'd love to be on his team or as his teammate again!

Third, I must thank MMII , the ADV Ubers GOAT. Every single week, he patiently taught me everything from team building to specific plays like I was a complete beginner - perfect for someone as slow as me. I'd say he's responsible for 80% of my wins; in fact, I probably held him back. I wish I could express my gratitude more eloquently, but with my limited language skills, all I can say is: thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

To my other teammates baconeatinassassin default0 aerobee gastlies fish anemometer Gondra entrocefalo shrang cyberacc susciety Cam KeshBa54 I apologize that my poor English prevented me from contributing more or lightening the team mood. The Strap keeps saying these strange things that neither I nor my AI can understand, though they do seem amusing. I'll work hard to improve my English so I can eventually communicate without AI assistance and finally comprehend Strap's mysterious utterances. I also want to thank each and every one of my friend helpers Remnonc gostop and so on– you are all part of this championship too!

Finally, thank you again to every teammate for your dedication throughout these nine weeks. I hope we get to play Pokémon together again someday!

I'm so happy we were able to win. Before the tournament started, I was on a streak of losing in semi/finals in other Premier Leagues.
I wasn't even sure I wanted to play UPL because of so many losses in different tours, but I ended up deciding to join because Nora insisted enough and even though I didn’t end up on your team, I have to thank you for encouraging me to join.


Without a doubt, this was the most fun sidetour I've played in all my years on Smogon, and the first time I truly felt active and involved. It only took me two weeks to realize that everyone was really fun and that I wanted to do more than just play my games.

aerobee I didn’t know you before this tour, but it’s honestly amazing to see someone who TRULY LOVES SS UBERS, and you’re also super fun to watch and talk to.


The Strap XDDD what kind of season is it when you’re using every single Pokémon that’s in D rank on the viability rankings? I didn’t even realize what you were doing until the end of the tour. Still, you got us some very clutch wins and were always a positive presence for the team.


default0 and gastlies you carried us through the whole regular season and also playoffs, so there’s no way we could’ve won without you two. It’s a shame you guys didn’t win in finals, but at least we were able to help you get the win overall. I also learned a lot about RBY Ubers thanks to gastlies and found out I’ll never touch that tier in my life.


fish anemometer you were very chill throughout the whole tour, but all of your wins came exactly when we needed them most, they were super clutch. I really appreciate you taking the time to play and hang out with us more toward the end.


shrang and cyberacc this probably wasn’t the tour you guys hoped for in terms of records, but you both still showed up and stayed composed to help us reach finals. This win is yours too, and you guys should be proud of it.


susciety I’m sorry, I wasn’t up to the level of BW Ubers and your teams, but you really put in the effort passing me teams and trying to teach me the tier. You were the supersub and helped us a lot in all the old gens, so the win is well deserved haha.


MMII I’m really sorry for sending you to BW Ubers after I decided to move away from the tier thanks for stepping up and learning it. Your win in finals reflects all the hours of prep and practice you put in; hard work really does pay off.


Indulge in dreams You don’t have to be so hard on yourself. The semifinals game really brought you down, but you bounced back and gave us the win in the finals. There are some awesome years ahead of you in the community and many more tour wins.


Cam and KeshBa54 this wasn’t your best tour, but you were always willing to step in when a sub was needed (especially for me — sorry for making you play BW skull ), so of course you deserve to enjoy the win too.

Also thanks to all the people who helped us and join our chat to have fun It definitely wouldn't have been the same without everyone there.
s/o keys for teaching me oras some years ago, i mostly remember what you teach me every time i had to play oras ubers yay, and thanks for hoping and play games with me in semi finals, that also helped me a lot.
alsoooo thanks umbry for always being here for me despiste not being involved on the team, putting up with my cries and my rage is not an easy task, lets win scl now.

Very happy with how this tour endeed, meeting a lot of cool people its the best experience apart from winning and i hope we can keep teaming or sharing chats, the amount of fun and dumb shit in this team was insane. Lets keep pulling waifuis on mudae.

Last time I wrote one of these was in 2022 and now here we are. 2025 has been fun for mons, UWL was a blast and so was this tour. Admittingly we (YES WE) did a whole lot of waffling in all our channels than prep (this may be cap) but this tour has genuinely been one of the funniest tours I've been apart of and I'm glad we were able to grab the win here. This goes out to u guys

I hope being on the Dialgas has motivated you to want to sign up for ubers tours in the future and i also hope we team again in the future

Zapdos = unviable. as far as RBY games go, watching u play from uwl to now felt like watching Ronaldo in his prime. thank u for always being a positive presence as always, you might be the 2nd luckiest player on our team only because RBY is like that by nature but you're also the best. dont feel bumbed out that you weren't able to win in finals, stuff just doesn't work out the way you want it. I hope we team again in the future as always

default0 & fish anemometer I'm grouping you two together because of how well our SV core has been throughout the tournament. Default, as someone who loves to use mons that arent used often, watching build your creative teams was a fresh breath of air and not only that you were to win with creations you have my respect. Fish, I never knew u played ubers before but it's clear you should continue on playing. Both of you were very nonchalant but still carried us when we needed it, hope we team in the future.

shrang & cyberacc you two obviously put in a lot of effort into this tour and unfortunately it wasn't kind to you. Shrang, we teamed in uwl and this tour was a steppingstone from then, your game vs Highlord in semis is still the one of the fondest memories I have of this tour. Cyber, you remind me of a young mr.378 and I kind of like it. I don't understand the hate of lead mew because I don't play gsc myself but I hope you can grow out of it and learn to adapt to it.

MMII you clutched the game that won us this tour but before that, you were a major help in our old gens especially in ADV and BW. your insights and experience in ADV helped indulge break out in this tour. thanks for also playing in our evidently weak tier BW and holding your own in that tier. this victory is for you

I've never really done shoutouts, but I think since you guys carried me to my first UPL win, i'll make an exception. This was my first time managing a team tour and it was honestly great fun, super happy about how the team came together and the fact we were able to win it all is the icing on the cake.

entrocefalo : Thank you for taking me along to manage with you, and always being a great friend. I know you're a very busy guy but it was super fun to have you around, congrats on world cup and congrats on another UPL... goat.

LouisIX : I know you are not officially part of the team but you were genuinely so much help, with the draft and with the prep and with mudae you were really valuable to us and we couldn't have done it without you, thank you so much for everything.

default0 : I've liked your SV teams for a while, stealing alot of your ideas when prepping for scl in previous years, so when your name came up during the draft, I wanted to see what you could do and you really surpassed my expectations. Super impressive player with super creative teams (sometimes too creative), it was a real pleasure to team up with you because you're chill asf, and I hope to see you play alot more in ubers teamtours.

fish anemometer : We knew we wanted a good pilot in one of the SV slots, so we decided to go with the SV ZU legend. Was nice having you around all season, even when you got acted and obviously you also played great, finishing 4-0 so I couldn't be more happy with our choice. aerobee : We already knew each other before this draft so you know I'm a fan of you, but you've done great to learn SS ubers in about 6 months and already be one of the best players in the tier. Congratulations and draft me in hackmons pl please Q_Q.

baconeatinassassin : You were pretty much one of the only players I knew i wanted to draft and you didn't dissapoint. I think it's quite clear now you are the best ubers player around, but you were so much help with our other prep aswell you genuinely felt like another manager. Gondra : Super nice guy, and super great skills, I'm sorry I made you play bw for 4 weeks but you were a great team chat presence and a great mudae user too. I'm really happy to have met you and wish you the best for the future (draft bacon in scl).

MMII : We already knew each other aswell before the draft, and originally we only got you for GSC support, but you came in clutch and saved the BW slot for us like the legend you are. You're always super serious and helpful to your teammates, helping out the adv slot a ton aswell, and you built some of the coolest teams in BW, so thank you so much for all the work. Sorry we couldn't have a nsfw channel :(

shrang : I know this season go quite as you wanted record wise, but beating Highlord should at least be some kind of silver lining. I had alot of fun testing DPP with you this season and you are always chill to be around, all around awesome teammate.

Indulge in dreams : My strongest soldier, you played whatever tier I asked you to and always took it seriously, thank you so much, you were great all season and even got the win in the finals. You are oficially forgiven for the loss vs ajencis and I hope to see you in alot more ubers tournaments (mostly ubers world cup).

cyberacc : I don't know how much enjoyment you got out of playing this UPL but i'm at least happy we could win it after how you carried us last season, sorry for not drafting enough GSC support to help you.

gastlies : goatlies, you... you remind me of ctown. Genuinely really impressive player with great ideas, and super fun to be around too, despite me not always knowing when you are posting a copypasta... You were probably our best value pick of the draft, I hope we can team again someday.

The Strap : Obviously you know it was really fun teaming together, but more than that you really played great this year. I thought you were just some washed useless bum who only got drafted for entertainment purposes, but that is only half true in the end. You played some really solid games and were clutch for us this season, you're a real legend (it helps when you have scope lens yveltal).

susciety : I joke that you did nothing all season, but genuinely thank you for all the help in BW and DPP, and subbing in where need be. You were super helpful especially since they are tiers I don't have a huge experience building in, and you were obviously a great team chat presence too, fuck you.

Cam : Super sub, lowkey saved our season many times just by being there thank you so much. I'm sorry we didn't start you too many times throughout the season but you're obviously a solid player, and your all around vibes are great.

KeshBa54 : Couldn't figure out your name all season but you were good to have around aswell, same thing as for Cam i'm sorry we didn't start you so much, but you're obviously a player with great fundementals so i'm sure you will get the chance next UPL.
