For those interested in SU, there are no quickdrops this month. Projected changes are as follows:

Mismagius could move from SUBL to ZU
Cacturne could move from SU to ZU
Lurantis could move from SU to ZU
Rotom could move from SU to ZU
Sableye could move from SU to ZU
Sandaconda could move from SU to ZU

Farigiraf could move from ZU to SUBL
Virizion could move from ZU to SUBL
Perrserker could move from ZU to SU
Toedscruel could move from ZU to SU

Ladder. This is why we need an RU by technicality (RU) tier. This simply wouldn’t be particularly hard to implement and you would only need it for RU and NU rn. The mons that would fall into these are:

RU: Forretress, (chansey next vr update)
NU: Braviary, Galvantula, Vileplume
(There would technically be ZU mons but since ps doesnt even give SU a ladder i highly doubt that theyd do ZU by technicality but hey if you wanna implement it ;) )

Yeah Heracross has it rough when Scrafty and Flamigo exist in NU as superior fighting types and Houndstone exploding in usage as an answer to both (Fluffy means it is NOT weak to Knock Off) is also bad news for Heracross. It just gets worn down so much more quickly than the other 2 for not that much more upside in return

As a PU player (who also dabbles in NU), yeah. This mon is definitely a PU mon. We’ve had it before and its p damn good down here but in a tier filled with scrafty, breloom and flamigo (all of them being at least A+ on the vr) its gonna struggle alot.

Ftr, weavile is absolutely not a bad mon in OU by any means, its just ladder being weird (keeping dozo in OU and dropping tink)

Also in regard to the UU/RU comments, those tiers deserve it for stealing all the defensive mons (especially RU with steels) from lower tiers (also alot of RU players want gapdos gone anyways)
 
Now that stats are finally up, here's the skinny on SU using the 2.28% quickdrop threshold:
Toedscruel moved from ZU to SU

Currently, there are no Pokmeon that can be guaranteed to rise to ZU next month (average 6.78%).

Here are the Pokemon that moved between the 4.52% threshold in their 2-month average usage stats:
Mismagius could move from SUBL to ZU (or PU)
Abomasnow could move from SU to ZU
Cacturne could move from SU to ZU
Flapple could move from SU to ZU
Lurantis oculd move from SU to ZU
Rotom could move from SU to ZU
Sableye could move from SU to ZU

Virizion could move from ZU to SUBL
Perrserker could move from ZU to SU
Typhlosion could move from ZU to SU
