What is the bug?
This isn't a bug so much as a visual confusion.

If Protosynethis is activated by Booster Energy and then Galarian Weezing enters the field, Protosynethis is suppressed (correctly) but the display boost remains. This can be seen on turns 9 / 10 of the below battle:

This is not technically incorrect, as if if Galarian Weezing leaves the field, Proto does re-activate, but it is confusing to the user. Would it be possible to gray it out to show that the boost is inactive, but not removed per se?

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes; send in Booster Energy Protosythesis user, then switch in an opposing Galarian Weezing after it activates.

Related, the client not showing that the paradox abilities are suppressed was marked here as a client bug.

Arcticblast is correct - Neutralizing Gas doesn't actually cause any additional messages to be sent in-game for the Paradox Abilities. If Protosynthesis / Quark Drive would get boosts from sun / Electric Terrain, but aren't because of Neutralizing Gas, then Neutralizing Gas leaves the field, you don't even know what boost it is - it's not announced. Similarly, when Neutralizing Gas enters the field, it doesn't indicate that the Abilities are turned off (even though they really are). Similarly, if sun / Electric Terrain ends while Neutralizing Gas and the Paradox mon are on the field, they...
