Welcome to the Smogon Draft Leagues advertisement thread! As you may know, there won't be a Discord plug channel made on the Smogon Draft Leagues server, as this thread is the alternative. This will provide a hub for individual league advertising, where draft users and Smogon users can access and integrate with the community in the same way, hopefully leading to more growth from both sides!

Once you have submitted, your post will be awaiting moderator approval. Once the mod team approves your league, it will be visible in this thread.

We are only acceptive advertisements of leagues currently in the signup stage. If your league's season hasn't started yet, please wait to apply until signups are available. When applying, ensure that all necessary dates and league pre-requisites are clearly described. The league description should also contain some basic information such as what the league and format is. As this is a Smogon forum, please try to enforce that Smogon banned users are not present in servers.

League Description
The VTT is a draft league hosted by VinnyEndDragon on Pokeathlon in the NatDexVGC format. In honor of the release of Pokemon Champions in 2026 I am hosting a league that finally brings Mega Evolution back to the limelight of VGC! This draft will be a restricted format with Tera Preview and a best of 3 system to ensure the maximum degree of fairness. Damn near NOTHING is off the table. ALSO THERE IS A PRIZE POOL OF 30 WHOLE DOLLARS. This tournament is open to both newcomers and seasoned pros of both NatDex draft and VGC. Enough interest will open a potential second skill division so please feel free to apply even if you are scared! The current schedule plan is to start Mid September and run through October so please feel free to apply in the discord!

VRDL is an 8-team, 16 coach duos league played in natdex ubers.

There is a somewhat shortened 6-week regular season that plays more like a round robin group stage before the playoffs which can be anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on outcomes (if the result between two teams is split, the winners from each team play each other to decide who moves on).

10-team roster size, 1 mega per team, no tera/z-move/dyna, and other specific restrictions are notable in our league document available in the discord to review.

All experience levels welcome.

The National Park Coalition is back for Season 2! This time we have decided to run 3 divisions of Gen 9 National Dex Draft, the formats will be as follows:

Totodile - Standard VGC Draft
Cyndaquil - LC Doubles Draft
Chikorita - Ubers Singles Draft

The season will last for approximately 11 weeks with 8 weeks for regular season and 3 weeks for playoffs.

Apps will run from the 5th August to 5th September. With the app deadline closing at Saturday, 6 September 2025 00:00 GMT+1
Drafting will then begin on the following day, and you will receive a ping in the server if you have been selected to play!

DDD NatDex Winter Seasonal II​

With Champions right around the corner, do you want to play SV with Megas and Tera Ultra Beasts in preparation? Well, this is just the tour for you! DDD NatDex Winter Seasonal II is a National Dex draft tournament where players are sorted into drafting pools of 8, then battle it out through a Swiss bracket and a playoff single elimination bracket. Below are the details:

Drafting
  • 90 Points for 8 Pokemon
  • 28 Tera points for 1-3 Tera Captains
  • High tier Tera with Tera Tax and Tera Preview
Battling
  • Players will be sorted into a Swiss bracket, in which players with similar records are matched up
  • Rounds of Swiss bracket is currently tentative, will depend on the amount of signups
  • Players with a certain amount of wins will advance to the playoff single elimination bracket
