Post on their wall not direct message and you gotta wait a bit before calling ACT. Cause your opponent can log on and be on for a ton of time thursday-sunday. If they dont reply to your posts on their public wall you can sit back and take the win - there's nothing to stress about as long as you make the effort to schedule. Just make sure you're checking for any replies. Happened to me my first tournament match ever.

They're a nightmare to schedule with - they only accept communication through carrier Pidgeys
You should wait, activity wins are usually claimed friday for the record, so you have time.
As squid said please schedule on his public walls so we (hosts) have an access to schedules, it makes things way easier for us.

If you're paired against a bye, that just means you wont be playing someone this round and get a free advance unless someone pairs against you as a substitute
