Hey i love to think about extremely useless thing and the question about a Deoxys-A max attack, band confused appeared in my mind
So did he will get one shoted by his own attack or anything will survive with low health ?

Yes it gets one shotted with 0 hp and def invest. And it still get OHKOed if its bringing life orb instead of band. if anything hits itself in confusion it is going to do a physical 40 base power move damage to itself. Put that in the calculator and you can find the answer.
