What is the bug?
Polar Flare showing up in the builder for BH and PH
In non-CAP formats, CAP moves will show up as illegal in the builder. However, in Hackmons formats, Polar Flare will show up like it's a legal move (but it's still illegal when you validate it, like it should be).
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Go into the teambuilder, select Balanced Hackmons, Pure Hackmons, [Gen 7] Pure Hackmons or [Gen 6] Pure Hackmons, select any Pokémon, start typing Polar Flare and the move will show up.
