A spot I haven't fully settled on. I like Ogerpon with its redirection, purposely lower speed so it can function a bit better in TR.

I've also played around with Incineroar, Farigiraf, and Iron Hands in this spot. Mostly Incineroar, I like the fake out on Incin, but having that extra power in Ogerpon feels nice, no grassy glide sucks though.

This is actually really solid, only a few changes to be considered:

:choice scarf: :pmd/miraidon:
Scarf Miraidon tends to work better on Ice Rider teams (especially since you really enjoy the TR mode) to pivot out with Volt Switch into another Trick Room Pokemon and setting Trick Room with another partner at the same time. You sacrifice power, yes, but Electro Drift, Volt Switch, and Draco Meteor (the former 2 boosted by a Tera Electric) still chunk a lot. And in the last slot, instead of dgleam, Snarl could work out for Lunala and CSR and Terapagos.

:pmd/farigiraf: + :pmd/iron hands:
I think at least Farigiraf should be in this team. Maybe over Whims? If not, it would end Hearth flame or Lando that would have to go. Iron Hands would be a nice replacement for any of those slots + shifu if you'd like. Play around with those, if it doesn't click then experiment with the next.

Would you recommend just abandoning the idea of trying to go for a Tailroom strat then? It's basically the only reason I have Whimsicott on the team
