It is my pleasure to announce the first GSC NU Invitational, which will be hosted by myself. In this 16 player pool each player will battle it out for a prize pool of at least $100, will be doing so against the best that GSC NU has to offer. For those who are tagged by this post. I request that you confirm with me via this thread or by DM that you would be able to play in this tour, or any other changes. Everyone who has confirmed thus far will have their name in bold, and everyone who hasn't will have their name in the regular format. The deadline for confirming will be Thursday, to which someone else will take that place. The list of competitors are as follows:

Here are some rules for the tournament going forward:
- Matches will be best-of-three in every round (defined as the first player to win two games, i.e. ties are not counted).
- All tournament games must be played on Pokemon Showdown!, and all replays of all tournament games must be posted.
- If one player requests to play on the SmogTours server the match must be done on the SmogTours server.
- All matches will be played in the GSC NU format.
- This tournament will be single elimination, meaning that a win advances a player to the next round and a loss means a player is out of the tournament.
- Each round will last at most one week.
- All standard Smogon Tournament rules apply.
