there are at-home incinerators that can do this sort of thing. some of them are hooked up to chimneys, others are freestanding backyard structures. they were more common once but they're not used much anymore because it's expensive and the smoke causes a ton of air pollution

i know these were pretty common in japan for a while (thanks to jojo's) but they stopped using them. I'm guessing they started being phased out once japan started being super environmentally conscious which would have been around the mid-late 70s (around the same time kei car laws were being shifted towards emissions regulations rather than tax benefits for poor business owners)
