It wasnt suppose to be the case, but I made a mistake copying the OP.
So since the OP says that 3-1 people can stukk win the tour, that will be the case

It wasnt suppose to be the case, but I made a mistake copying the OP.
So since the OP says that 3-1 people can stukk win the tour, that will be the case

this will make the tour about 6 weeks longer, you really should not do that to a 4 week spotlight tour IMO
