Yea so we scheduled for Saturday 10am GMT+1 which converts to 2:30pm in GMT+5:30 but for some reason they showed up an hour earlier. You can see in the 2nd screenshot that their message was at my 1:24pm.
I've been waiting for 30 mins since the scheduled time and will be calling act now.
