With its good speed tier and high-powered moves, Cinderace can leverage its offensive moveset to function as an effective pivot and attacker. U-Turn allows Cinderace to pivot out of disadvantageous matchups and deal chip damage, as well as break Dragonite’s Multiscale. Court Change helps give Cinderace valuable utility, switching entry hazards to the opposing team and enabling its hazard weak teammates to enter the field multiple times, as well as swapping Aurora Veil from Alolan-Ninetales and Sticky Web from Araquanid and Ribombee. For its last move, Cinderace has multiple options to help round its coverage. Sucker Punch gives Cinderace a powerful Priority that targets Deoxys-Speed and Dragapult. Gunk Shot snipes Fairy-Types such as Primarina and Clefable that may attempt to handle Cinderace. High-Jump Kick does heavy damage against Ting-Lu and Garganacl, 2HKOing both of them, while also OHKOing Kyurem. Libero allows Cinderace to maximize its offensive pressure, changing its typing and giving STAB for the first non-Fire attack it executes. Tera Fire is used to power up Cinderace’s Pyro Ball even more, 2HKOing Zamazenta after Stealth Rock damage and OHKOing Bulky Variants of Gholdengo and Iron Treads, and keep receiving STAB for it even when Cinderace uses another attack, although Tera renders Libero null for its non-Fire attacks, so it should be used with caution.

Offensive Pivot Cinderace fits on a variety of teams from offense, bulky offense and even balance, where its combination of speed, coverage, and utility is highly valued. Cinderace’s greatest boon is its ability to provide reliable hazard control in front of Gholdengo, helping teammates vulnerable to hazards such as Kyurem and Life-Orb Nasty-Plot Tornadus-Therian enter the field more easily. Kyurem and Tornadus-Therian place immense offensive pressure on Cinderace’s checks such as Alomomola, Great Tusk, and Landorus-Therian, and in turn highly appreciate not being chipped by hazards so they can continue to operate over longer games. Other wallbreakers that appreciate the Water and Dragon-Types that Cinderace lures in include Rillaboom, Raging Bolt, Iron Valiant, Primarina, and Enamorus. Cinderace struggles with physically defensive Pokemon able to tank its attacks such as Zamazenta, Alomomola, and Pecharunt, so teammates that can handle them are highly valued such as Ogerpon-Wellspring, Gholdengo, and Raging Bolt. Ogerpon-Wellspring stands out as a particularly strong partner, as it can completely block Water-type attacks aimed at Cinderace with Water Absorb and force progress with its strong attacks/utility, while Cinderace can help transfer hazards away and bring it in safely via U-Turn. Gholdengo helps check Zamazenta and Pecharunt with an immunity to their primary attacks while blocking hazard-removal attempts from Great Tusk, Iron Treads, and Corviknight after transferring hazards, while Cinderace can handle many of Gholdengo’s checks depending on its moveset. Raging Bolt threatens the bulky Water-Types with its powerful Electric attacks, while Cinderace can help pivot it in and act as an emergency Fairy switch-in. Cinderace also loves being paired with other pivots such as Zapdos, Lokix, Slowking-Galar, and Landorus-Therian, as they can form pivoting cores that can help sustain offensive pressure on their respective checks.

Pyro Ball is Cinderace’s main STAB attack, allowing Cinderace to effectively check threats such as Corviknight, Gholdengo, and Iron Crown. No need to explain STAB moves that are self explanatory U-Turn allows Cinderace to pivot out of disadvantageous matchups and deal heavy damage against Ogerpon-Wellspring, After looking through the tier, most U-turn targets take only a tiny bit more from the move. Waterpon is prob the best example, but it still hates taking Pyro Ball. So I prob wouldn't include the heavy damage part, pivoting+multiscale breaking is good enough. as well as break Dragonite’s Multiscale. Court Change helps give Cinderace valuable utility, swapping switching entry hazards to the opposing team and enabling its hazard weak teammates to enter the field multiple times. I would also mention here how it can swap Aurora Veil, which is a really big thing. Could also mention Webs specifically, but that can fall under the umbrella of hazards if you don't want to. For its last move, Cinderace has multiple options to help round its coverage. Sucker Punch gives Cinderace a powerful Priority that targets Deoxys-Speed and Dragapult. Gunk Shot snipes fairies Fairy-types such as Primarina and Clefable that may attempt to switch in. High-Jump Kick does heavy damage against Ting-Lu and Garganacl, 2HKOing both of them, (AC, which is add comma) while also OHKO'ing Kyurem. A full 252 Attack EV investment combined with No need to explain basic ev spreads Libero allows Cinderace to maximize its offensive pressure, changing its typing and giving STAB for the first non-Fire attack it executes. Tera Fire is used to power up Cinderace’s Pyro Ball even more, 2HKOing Zamazenta after Stealth Rock damage and OHKOing Bulky Variants of Gholdengo and Iron Treads, although Tera removes its ability to receive a Libero boost afterwards, so it should be used with caution.

You talk about Waterpon in the next sentence, but add stuff like Waterpon, Ghold and Raging Bolt here. Ogerpon-Wellspring stands out as a particularly strong partner, as it checks Alomomola, Dondozo, Gliscor, Great Tusk, and Garganacl, while Cinderace can help transfer hazards away and bring it in safely via U-Turn. Garganacl itself is a good partner as well, as it helps check Pokemon Cinderace struggles with such as Moltres, Zapdos, Pecharunt, and Dragapult if it isn’t using Sucker Punch, and help force damage with Salt Cure on the Waters and Steels that may try to switch in, while Cinderace checks the steels Steel-types that threaten Garganacl. Garganacl is better paired with Bulky Ace, so prob best to not mention it here. Other wallbreakers that appreciate the Water- (AD, basically Add Dash) and Dragon-Types Dragon-types that Cinderace lures in include Rillaboom, Raging Bolt, Iron Valiant, Primarina, and Enamorus. Cinderace also loves being paired with other pivots such as Zapdos, Lokix, Galarian Slowking, (AC) and Iron Crown Landorus-T, as they are able to form pivoting cores that can help sustain offensive pressure on their checks, as well as help bring in threats that struggle to switch in by themselves such as Kyurem and Darkrai. I would prob mention these threats that struggle to switch in a seperate sentence, and just mention that they can help take on usual checks like Mola.
The biggest thing this paragraph is missing, is Rocks/Hazard weak Pokemon in general. These would be your Subtect/Specs Kyurems, your NP torns etc. This is a BIG reason to use Cinderace. Because cinder can get off hazards (primarily rocks) and get them in as well.
