Hello everyone, it's been a long time since I have posted in this thread, I greet all the old raters and new ones, including fantastic leaders.
I am reminded of my old memories as TEAM RATER and so much has changed....

The team I am going to present is a very solid and functional STALL in current metagame.
Reacts well to balance offence – offence teams favoured by Stallbreakers such as Excadrill, Lokix, Zarude or Latios.

Team Overview:
The essence of the team is to try to play with status (Toxic - T-wave - WoW) trying as much as possible to set hazards and then clean with Skeledirge- Skarmory - Cresselia.
Considering a simple style of play, but directed towards victory.

Team Members:
- :skeledirge: :heavy duty boots: It has crazy usefulness, wonderful cleaner thanks to the two STABs: Torch Song is a wonderful thing attacks boosting SpAtk and Hex helps to hit Slowking to residual Fire resist, WoW + Tera Flying helps a lot against physical settupper like Excadril with Mold Breaker, Zarude (forcing him to use Tera in order to recover), Azumarill.
- :cresselia: :choice scarf: She is the second slot where the building is concentrated, I immediately thought of Trick for possible entrances such as Dark tipes, or decidedly slower setuppers to keep them locked. Full Def is the best spread considering Conkeldurr that are turning up and relative increase in usage.
For this regard I preferred Psychic instead of Psyshock with the set with Calm Mind to have extra opportunities in cooperation Tera Poison against possible Toxic opponents in other match ups against Stall.
-:skarmory: :heavy duty boots: The best Excadrill, Revavroom and Ogeporn-C check, Iron Defense gives the possibility to better contain physical set-ups of this calibre. HdB is the best item in my opinion compared to Rocky Helmet because it gives more possibilities for hazards as we are without spinners/defoggers. In addition, it guarantees entries in case the opponent decides to double.
- :toxapex: :heavy duty boots: Since physical attackers such as Lokix can do serious damage to the team, I decided to place Toxapex as a slot to provide that extra cover. The set is standard with Tera Fairy in case there should be problems with SD -Knock Off, but the exaggerated skill is that in addition to Toxic I gave him Baneful Bunker so he can protect himself and scout moves. Also good against mu vs Tornadus-T in case we have to fish Knock Off or U-Turn. Haze I considered superfluous since we have two Unaware users and Hdb for the same reason as Skarmory.
- :clodsire: :heavy duty boots: It is a good answer against Cobalion and Thundurus-T so we can use Toxic in preview on the latter, the spread is also built to resist against special setuppers such as Manaphy, Compey, Enamorus-T and even Sandy Shocks as a volturner. Tera Dark is mandatory because it prevents users of Stored Power from bypassing Unaware.
- :blissey: :heavy duty boots: Last but not least, Blissey who acts as a Cleric thanks to Heal Beal that during the match there can be status changes towards other uncomfortable mates. Thunder Wave I preferred it to Toxic to give the opportunity to win the 1v1 against Calm Mind Latios with Tera Poison/Steel also to Skeledirge with the two STABs.

Threats for this team to deal with:
-Magma + Taunt :Heatran:, It means that Blissey will definitely be sacrificed.
-Taunt :Tornadus-Therian: It forces Toxapex's entrances and can hardly get the better of you in mind game as PP will stall Surf.
-Other Trick :choice scarf: users (such as :Rotom-Wash:) can create several problems because getting stuck on a move is not the best especially in Stall.

252+ Atk Choice Band Tera Dark Lokix Throat Chop (80 BP) vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Skarmory: 138-164 (41.4 - 49.2%) -- 76.6% chance to 2HKO

Skeledirge (Unaware Wincon Stallbreaker)

Good in UU: holds setup sweepers, and Torch Song puts pressure on them.

Spread is solid (balance physical and special).

Will-O-Wisp + Hex is great against offense.
✅ Set is good, just be careful with Dark-type coverage (Hydreigon, Krookodile).

Cresselia (Scarf CM Trick)

Here's a serious problem: you've invested fully physical with Scarf, but its moveset is a bulky wincon (CM + Moonlight).

This doesn't work: Trick + CM + recovery is contradictory.

Better to use Bulky Cress (CM + Moonlight + Stored Power + Moonblast) or pure Scarf (Trick + Psychic + Moonblast + Healing Wish).
❌ As it stands, the monster doesn't fulfill its role.

Skarmory (Iron Defense + Body Press + Rocks)

Standard stall set, works well in UU.

With Tera Dragon, it covers Fire and Electric matchups.
✅ Good overall. Just need to check if you really want Rocks on it, or if you prefer to put it on Clodsire and free up Spikes for Skarm.

Toxapex (phys def toxic staller)

Surf + Toxic + Recover + Baneful is solid.

But Baneful Bunker is a bit too passive—Knock Off is almost always better (removing Boots is essential in stall).
❌ If the enemy has Guts users (Conkeldurr, Flame Orb monsters), you become bait.

Clodsire (Unaware Spiker)

Very good in UU stall, checks special attacks like Gengar, Raikou, etc.

Spikes here are great.

But running Unaware Skeledirge + Unaware Clodsire is redundant: you usually only choose one Unaware and the other becomes a utility.
✅ It's functional, but it could be optimized.

Blissey (Special wall / cleric)

Always solid, but your team already has a bulky Cresselia + Clodsire + Skeledirge.

Heal Bell is great support, but Blissey here seems a bit redundant.

Tera Ground helps against Electric, but you already have Clodsire who is immune.
❌ It's creating role overlap with the rest.
