What is the bug?
Slush rush isn't updating dynamically in gen 9

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Doubles uu switch in a snow warning pokemon with a slush rush user on the battlefield. Speed failed to apply till the turn after. (Slush rush user was sandslash)
