thoughts on balatro jokers that i think are over/underrated:
Blackboard easy top 10 joker, takes 2 braincells to deck fix to get all spades/clubs then you have free x3 mult. If you think blackboard is mid, then you are mid
Obelisk + Campfire are both rlly rlly good and underrated jokers, i apologize that you have to use braincells for using these guys but if you do use them they are goated
Green Joker + Supernova + Ride The Bus are the same joker to me, if i see one of them ante 1 I think "I AM SPAMMING HIGH CARD" and they are all really good jokers for high card spam
Sixth Sense is really solid actually, free deck fixing (u dont need sixes outside of straight builds) and one of the most consistent ways to get spectrals
Mime is good even for ante 8 runs since you get more value blue seals/gold cards which u should be going for anyway
Smeared Joker sucks because flush sucks, Ancient Joker is good because it makes flush not suck
Acrobat + Dusk are not good because having to build around your final hand kills your econ

I think you slightly underrate a lot of the hand-agnostic scoring Jokers — I would, for example, put Green Joker and Ride the Bus above Supernova because Supernova cares about what hand you play and is therefore less flexible — but this is a pretty solid list on the whole. I'm also more of a fan of Hologram than you and less of a fan of Triboulet.
One advantage Supernova has is that if you pick it up in say ante 5 or 6, you still have the scaling from hands you played before getting it. I spam high card with all three of these anyway so the specific hand I play doesn't matter. I think if I were to order the three it would be Bus > Nova > Green (not being able to discard makes it harder to look for gold cards/blue seals in your deck) but overall they are the same joker fundamentally to me
I have seen campfire hate floating around before due to the reset after every boss blind, forces u to pay a little attention since if ur relying on it as ur mult source and forget to scale before small blind u might get fucked

I think the crown goes to Triboulet. All the legendary jokers are based off some real-life joker/jester from the past, and the story of Triboulet is the funniest in my opinion.
From what I remember off the top of my head, Triboulet was the royal jester of the king and queen of some country (i forgot lmao but sounds french so lets just say france). He was a great jester, but one day he told a joke that mocked the king and queen, which back in that time period equals a death sentence. However, since Triboulet was such a loyal jester for many years, the king allowed him to choose his method of execution. Triboulet then said "I wish to die of old age" and he was spared, getting exiled rather than executed.
So I'd say Triboulet is the funniest joker 99.9% of the time. However, Cavendish is the funniest joker 0.1% of the time.

heres my balatro tier list, imo it's really easy to get past at least ante 8 as long as you have sandslash
sandslash gets fucked by the plant tho (once venusaur is added to balatro)

Jolly Joker/Clever Joker: These are classic attributes you want in a joker.
Luchador: Professional wrestling is hella entertaining, and Luchadors are peak.
Troubadour: Like Juggler (in the tier below), but an even better entertainer.
Throwback: Look at the confetti. This guy is a good time.
Showman: He'll put on a great show.
