One advantage Supernova has is that if you pick it up in say ante 5 or 6, you still have the scaling from hands you played before getting it. I spam high card with all three of these anyway so the specific hand I play doesn't matter. I think if I were to order the three it would be Bus > Nova > Green (not being able to discard makes it harder to look for gold cards/blue seals in your deck) but overall they are the same joker fundamentally to me

I have seen campfire hate floating around before due to the reset after every boss blind, forces u to pay a little attention since if ur relying on it as ur mult source and forget to scale before small blind u might get fucked

I think the crown goes to Triboulet. All the legendary jokers are based off some real-life joker/jester from the past, and the story of Triboulet is the funniest in my opinion.

From what I remember off the top of my head, Triboulet was the royal jester of the king and queen of some country (i forgot lmao but sounds french so lets just say france). He was a great jester, but one day he told a joke that mocked the king and queen, which back in that time period equals a death sentence. However, since Triboulet was such a loyal jester for many years, the king allowed him to choose his method of execution. Triboulet then said "I wish to die of old age" and he was spared, getting exiled rather than executed.

So I'd say Triboulet is the funniest joker 99.9% of the time. However, Cavendish is the funniest joker 0.1% of the time.
 
heres my balatro tier list, imo it's really easy to get past at least ante 8 as long as you have sandslash

Canio/Triboulet/Yorick/Chicot/Perkeo: Legendary jokers for a reason. This is the joker hall of fame.

Jolly Joker/Clever Joker: These are classic attributes you want in a joker.
Luchador: Professional wrestling is hella entertaining, and Luchadors are peak.
Troubadour: Like Juggler (in the tier below), but an even better entertainer.
Throwback: Look at the confetti. This guy is a good time.
Showman: He'll put on a great show.

Zany Joker/Droll Joker/Wily Joker/Crafty Joker: Attributes of a good, not great, joker.
Hologram: Holograms are entertaining (just ask my first edition holographic Charizard).
Juggler: Not as entertaining as the Troubadour, but still a good watch.
Smiley Face: If you're happy and you know it clap your hands.
Acrobat/Matador/Stuntman: Another solid entertainer.
Wee Joker: Like the normal Joker, except smaller and cuter.
Merry Andy: He's merry, so likely a good time.

Joker: A regular degular joker. Next.
Sly Joker: Could go either way on if this is a good or a bad thing for a joker.
Marble Joker/Steel Joker/Glass Joker: Artsy. A few different art styles, just take your pick.
Even Steven: Very level. This guy's alright.
Space Joker/Runner/Hiker/Baseball Card: Hobbies/professions that while fun, aren't as entertaining as higher placing jokers.
Blackboard: A drawing. Cute.
Constellation: A drawing, but in the sky. Cute.
Green Joker: Green is fine, but nothing special.
Photograph: Look at this photograph, every time I do it makes me laugh.
Trading Card: Trading cards are fun, but not as good as Hologram in the above tier.
Sock and Buskin: Comedy and tragedy. They balance out for a neutral joker.
Cartomancer/Astronomer: A bit mystical/mysterious, but not enough to push into above average territory.

Greedy Joker/Lusty Joker/Wrathful Joker/Gluttonous Joker: Sins? In MY Christian video game? It's more likely than you think.
Joker Stencil/Brainstorm: Jokers with concepts of a plan. Incomplete.
Mime/Chaos the Clown: Mimes and clowns aren't that funny.
Hack: As a wannabe standup comic, I have respect for what this guy does, which keeps him out of awful. Still unfunny though.
Odd Todd: He's odd, not in a good way.
Scholar: Probably too stuffy to be funny.
Card Sharp: A bit too shady to be funny.
Square Joker: He's a square. Lame.
Baron/Shoot the Moon: Royalty. Probably too stuck-up elitist to have a good sense of humor.
Midas Mask: Mask on? Fuck it, mask off.
Fortune Teller: The risk of having a bad fortune outweighs the reward of having a good one.
Stone Joker: Like Marble Joker, but worse/less valuable.
Golden Joker: All that glitters...
Ancient Joker: Is your grandpa funny? Neither is mine.
Driver's License: Reminder of the DMV outweighs having the same name as the Olivia Rodrigo song.

Mad Joker/Crazy Joker/Devious Joker: Famously bad traits to have as a person, let alone a joker.
Blue Joker/Blueprint: It's in the name. These guys are blue (sad). Not good jokers.
Vagabond: This guy just looks miserable. Next.
Hallucination: Nothing funny about seeing stuff that's not really there.
Drunkard: As a former bouncer, I can tell you that drunk people think they're funny, but most of the time they are not.
Invisible Joker: You can't even see this guy. Just a disembodied voice.

Half Joker: He's cut in half. Horrifying.
Misprint/Smeared Joker: If someone came up to you with a smeared face (not just makeup) you'd run.
Burglar: Don't rob me.
Sixth Sense: Just look at this guy.
Faceless Joker: There's gotta be a movie about this.
Madness: It's in the name, plus just evil vibes all around.
Vampire: There are many movies about this.
Flash Card: No thank you, I'd rather not be flashed (that or bad memories of learning vocab words in elementary school).
Mr. Bones: Spooky scary skeletons, send shivers down my spine.
Swashbuckler: Like Burglar, but on the high seas. I don't want to walk the plank.
Burnt Joker: This looks like a fresh burn victim. I'd be scared that the fire would get me too.

Supernova/Rocket/Satellite: Space is really cool.
Ice Cream/Cavendish/Diet Cola/Popcorn/Ramen: Yum.
Shortcut: Could be bad if it was a dark alley, but looks rather pleasant in the daylight.
Gift Card: It's free money.
Lucky Cat: These things always really amused me.
Campfire: Cozy vibes.
Rough Gem: Uncut, but still valuable and looks nice.
Flower Pot: The perfect centerpiece for any dining room table.

Credit Card: Shopping spree! Just watch out for the interest.
Banner: Cool, but neutral. If it were a checkered flag then maybe a tier higher.

DNA: The basic building block of life. Sounds cool, but I didn't ask to be born.
Splash: The pool is cool. Unless someone pissed in it.
Superposition: Aces high (or low).
To Do List: What a chore. Or a list of them, more specifically.
Riff Raff: Reminds me of that guy that makes "music."
Obelisk: This one really torments me. Looks cool with the sun shining though.
Turtle Bean: Not with the other food because one bean is hardly a meal.
Erosion: Makes some cool looking rock formations, but also this list is eroding my brain away. So.
Mail-In Rebate: Free stuff! Just have to wait for it.
To the Moon: Stonks.
Spare Trousers: Pants. Useful, but I'd rather have a better pair than this patchy mess. Maybe skinny jeans?
Walkie Talkie: These are fun, but with a limited range. Would be positive if it was a cell phone.
Seltzer: I don't care for the carbonation.
Golden Ticket: Those kids that went to Willy Wonka's factory died I'm pretty sure. Still a good opportunity though.
Certificate: Neat to have for your collector's items (not that they're worth anything).
Hanging Chad: Pokemon Go to the polls.
Bloodstone/Arrowhead/Onyx Agate: Just rocks pretty much.
Oops! All 6s: Call 1-800-GAMBLER.
Seeing Double: Seems like a health problem. But hey, sometimes two is twice as nice.
Bootstraps: One of these days these boots are gonna walk all over you (maybe you're into that, maybe you're not).

Four Fingers: A disembodied hand? Missing a finger? Terrifying.
Ceremonial Dagger: Looks sharp. Dangerous.
Raised Fist: I'm a lover, not a fighter.
Scary Face: Self-explanatory.
Red Card: Fear of getting ejected is almost as bad as fear of being rejected.
Seance: The supernatural freaks me out.
Bull: The Matador is a great entertainer, but I wouldn't want to stare into the eyes of this killing machine.
The Idol: Probably haunted.
