Choice Specs Hydrapple is a great wallbreaker that utilizes its good bulk bolstered by Regenerator to repeatedly switch in and apply pressure to the opposing team. Fickle Beam is used alongside Draco Meteor on this set to allow for greater flexibility; the former is more effective when clicked multiple times in succession and has a chance for doubled Base Power while the latter is used for its consistently higher Base Power. Earth Power hits Pokemon that resist Hydrapple’s STAB moves super-effectively such as Fezandipiti, Heatran, and Cobalion. Tera Steel grants Hydrapple immunity to poison from Fezandipiti and Mandibuzz while also providing it with resistances STAB moves from Tornadus-T and Latios, as well as Ice Beam from Manaphy and Greninja. Tera Fairy can also be used to flip matchups while gaining a resistance to Conkeldurr’s Fighting-type moves and Greninja's Dark Pulse. However, Hydrapple should be careful about Terastallizing as it causes it lose its favorable typing against Excadrill.

Choice Specs Hydrapple is at home on bulky offense teams as they can support it defensively, providing it with opportunities to enter the field, and appreciate its combination of bulk and power. It greatly appreciates Stealth Rock support to help it wear down targets like Skarmory and Tornadus-T, and entry hazard removal to boost its longevity. As a result, Excadrill and Donphan are great partners due to their access to Stealth Rock and Rapid Spin. Another good Stealth Rock setter to pair with Hydrapple is Tinkaton as it is also able to provide Thunder Wave and Knock Off support to assist it in wallbreaking. Calm Mind Keldeo is an excellent offensive partner, as Hydrapple is able to weaken Tornadus-T and Toxapex, and possibly force Slowking to Terastallize into the Fairy type, facilitating a sweep. Lokix helps Hydrapple pressure Skarmory and Tinkaton and revenge kill setup threats that take advantage of Hydrapple to set up after it has clicked Draco Meteor or Leaf Storm. Fezandipiti switches into Greninja and Hydreigon, while appreciating Hydrapple’s ability to pivot into Excadrill. Other Regenerator Pokemon are also good partners. Slowking pivots into Latios and Mamoswine while Tornadus-T chips opposing defensive Pokemon with Knock Off; both also use pivot moves to bring Hydrapple in against their common switch-ins like Rotom-W.

(I dont think we need to explain the moves here, pretty self explanatory) Tera Fairy can also be used to flip matchups while gaining a resistance to Conkeldurr’s Fighting-type moves and Tornadus-T’s Focus Blast. (Tornadus is probably just going to click Bleakwind anyways, I think mentioning Greninja or Lokix could be nice here)

Some other points I want to bring up
-Tinkaton is a good partner for it as well, as it can provide Rocks and TWave support, as well Knock Off items
-Mention how a second Regenerator Pokemon is nice for it. I know you mentioned Slowking, but you could also make the Slowking bit talk about Torn-T as well. Torn-T can help chip down the opposing team with Knock Off. They both also bring in Hydrapple versus Pokemon like Rotom-Wash that may be a nuisance for Slowking and Torn-T.

Earth Power hits Pokemon that resist Hydrapple’s STAB moves super-effectively such as Fezandipiti, Heatran, and Tinkaton. Would also mention Cobalion over Tinkaton because Tinkaton likes to run Air Balloon, which can stop Hydrapple from using Earth Power. Tera Steel grants Hydrapple immunity to poison from Fezandipiti and Mandibuzz while also providing it with resistances to moves from Tornadus-T and Latios. Also mention the Ice Resistance, which is great against Greninja and Manaphy. Tera Fairy can also be used to flip matchups while gaining a resistance to Conkeldurr’s Fighting-type moves and Greninja's Dark Pulse. Add a section mentioning how Hydrapple gives up its good defensive typing against threats such as Excadrill.

Lokix helps Hydrapple overwhelm Skarmory and revenge kill setup threats that take advantage of Hydrapple to set up after it has clicked Draco Meteor or Leaf Storm. Not seeing how Lokix helps Hydrapple overwhelm Skarmory, I am assuming that Lokix can pivot into an incoming Skarmory to allow Hydrapple safe entry onto the field.
Overall a very good analysis, just a few things here and there

made the adjustments, changed some phrasing here and there, and also mentioned kix pressuring tink. basically it knocks and pivots around skarm to chip it down esp w rocks up
