OU OU Last Chance Qualifier - Round 1

calling act opp hasnt responded to me proof on my wall
"act request, oppo said is online but wasnt until 40 mins later when he finally joined and he responded to my msg 'sorry i need to sleep now bye' as an excuse. Even asked him to chall me instead or try to play Sunday since he wasnt online or atleast i couldnt find him online and he didnt challenge me or responded to that messaged either clearly trynna act fish and not play. If extension possible im down to play over activity or coinflip cuz thats what i signed up in this tournament for to play but when i told him about extension he tried to avoid that too, proof in video and screen below. Plus claiming act that fast is insane. Best of 3 is taking way longer than 30 minutes even though he knew i was searching for him and even sent my showdown after several attempts heres video of our convo i was also the one to initiate the scheduling: video

OU Last Chance Qualifier
Hello everyone and welcome to the third edition of the OU Last Chance Qualifier. This tournament is intended to give a final shot to qualify to try and qualify for the OU Circuit Championship at the end of the year. This is a Type C tournament for the OU Circuit, and more info about the circuit can be found here. Everyone is allowed to signup for this tournament and will receive points towards the 2025 OU Circuit. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.
Specific Rules
- This is a standard SV OU tournament
- The format for this tournament is best of three, single elimination
- Changing teams between matches is allowed
- All matches are to be played on Pokemon Showdown!
- Replays are required from Round 2 onwards
- Any tier changes that occur during a round will not be in effect until the following round

All standard clauses apply:
- Sleep Moves Clause: Sleep moves are banned.
- Species Clause: A player cannot have two of the same species of Pokémon on their team, based on the National Pokedex Number. For example, a player cannot have two Koffing on his or her team.
- Evasion Clause: Players cannot use Double Team or Minimize in any of their Pokémon's movesets.
- OHKO Clause: Players cannot use Horn Drill, Guillotine, Sheer Cold, or Fissure in any of their Pokémon's movesets.
- Timer Clause: If a player exhausts the timer, he/she loses.
- Endless Battle Clause: Any moveset on any pokemon that is capable of intentionally causing an endless battle is banned from competitive play.
