  • Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for us to make decisions for activity calls when we can actually see what went down with scheduling.​
  • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to us or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.​
  • Substitutions may be made after a week has started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by a substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.​
  • If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.​
  • Replays are mandatory. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later.​
  • Managers: Please send me your lineups in the same format that I used to post pairings. It makes it much easier to post future rounds more quickly.​

NFE: bleahey vs Horii (It's taken 7 weeks and I'm finally bolding Horii. I promise you I wasn't a hater, I just had ulterior motives or some other copout excuse. That aside, Horii has been doing really good in NFE this tour, and bleahey has not been doing NFE this tour.)
NFE: TyCarter vs Ivar57 (Ivar is also doing good. The Kingdras NFE is doing really well)

ZU: Fille vs THE_CHUNGLER (was really hard to help prep for last week, and the brains behind the Manes ZU are cooking but I think THE_CHUNGLER can overcome this)
ZU: PlayaBeavs vs Ninja (i dont think ive ever beaten ninja in anything and ive at least one a test game off beavs once)

There's a reason the Kingdras are doing so good this tour, and it would be silly to predict against them now. I definitely see the Manes taking one game off of the Kingdras here (probably ZU) because I know they have some cooks in these tiers, but I don't think I can legally bold against Horii or breach that contract.

NFE: Mirbro vs Kingler (I definitely let Kingler clout into my predictions last week, and whether rightfully or not, I think it does apply this week)
NFE: Shadow079 vs The Strap (I knew it was a mistake to question NFE Shadow, and it's not a mistake I'm making again)

ZU: O1V7O2X9O vs big tony 2014 (I'm still not sure what I know abt O1V7O2X9O's game or if I'm allowed to call them something besides O1V7O2X9O. I definitely underestimated them their first week, but then they brought Articuno 2 straight weeks and lost, before not bringing Articuno and then winning again with a different ice type. My first thought following that up was 'wait till this guy hears about Sneasel,' which was followed up in my head with 'tony probably has sneasel and dd lapras teams in his builder.' Overall probably worth catching live if i am capable of such a feat, but I have to give the edge to tony.)
ZU: Irene vs One Last Kiss (I was wrong last week abt her)

Despite bolding 2-2 in these tiers, I think the Vessels are slightly favored here since they have the more established players in these on paper, but unlike the Kingdras, they're players that I can justify bolding against since they're not on an undefeated team. EDIT: vessels subbed out their ZU and I think this favors the ambers, but I don't want to delete my O1V7O2X9O paragraph and replace it with a single sentence.

NFE: Zpice vs doom (im pretty sure doom has more NFE experience but this isn't a 0-2 MU)

ZU: OranBerryBlissey10 vs Michael Jordan
ZU: Sificon vs DDJoe (the Titans' ZU hasn't won since W1, where I made some pretty insane predictions where I predicted a 1-1 set and bolded MJ as the one, highlighted a ddjoe 'upset' (old lettuce's words not mine) being possible, and then they both won and I got golf'd into the stratosphere. If it takes diabolical predicts against the titans for the titans to win in ZU I'm here for it, but I have to bold the team with a positive ZU.)


idk i was feeling a mix of 'im being too mean' and 'im right' when i wrote these predicts so uhh please take these as seriously as I do, which is not that seriously, or just prove me wrong as usual. looking forwards to fragments predicts

NFE: PandaDoux vs Dragonillis - Antares are better than these bums, but PandaDoux should take care of this game. Dragonillis deserves a win here, but he has been unfortunate atm.
NFE: Zcarlett vs Nakoruru_XD - Both make somehow the most questionable turns out of everyone, but Nakoruru makes less critical ones. Either I think it'll be a messy match.

NFE: Mirbro vs Kingler - The more wholesome person wins the match.

1v1 (Bo5): ExguardiaN vs LB - same as above, indi should be able to pass armaan good teams to get this one done
2v2 (Bo5): Hugo vs Concept - neither side has done great in 2v2 so will favor the mainer here
2v2 (Bo5): srvoltmike vs ValiantValerie - same as above again
AG: Swas vs wssi - I feel like I've seen wssi's name before but don't remember anything super notable

ZU: Dwagon vs lettuce - I have found dwagon quite impressive lately but I think lettuce will come up with a fire cook this week

Always cool to see 2 teams still in contention duke it out in w7 with the winner potentially advancing. Combustions obviously have the tougher road here, sitting at one less point and a much worse differential. I'm also a bit curious where LBN and chris are, even if their records weren't up to par they still feel like the best bets here. With either of them here I woulda called a combustions win, but now I'm uncertain.

2v2 (Bo5): maybca vs Blanched - it wouldn't be an ambers set without at least 1 polar bear in arlington texas

UUbers: Mozonite vs Slikkles - this is a tough one, I favor slikkles as a clicker but mozo's builds might be too unorthodox for him

ZU: O1V7O2X9O vs big tony 2014 - while I am a big steven glazer I can't deny the success tony has had this season
ZU: Irene vs One Last Kiss - friends to enemies arc for this week, I typically favor olk when this happens

The most consequential series of the week given that ambers are the only team left in contention that hold their fate directly in their hands. They gotta play the #2 team tho so they're still really gonna have to fight for it. Even tho I gave them a losing score here a lotta these games could go either way, and if ambers go full tryhard mode I don't see why they can't take this off of vessels who will likely be more lax.

ZU: Sificon vs DD Joe - joe will come in with the better team but sifi has a habit of winning when I least expect it so we'll see

Debated whether to even do predicts for this set since both teams are out and idk what to expect. The only thing on the line rn is pride given that the losing team will end in last place and even if you can't make playoffs no one really wants to be last. That said idk how much each team cares about that so again we could see some weird stuff here, that could actually make this a really fun set tho.

Anyways this has been a terrible teamtour, definitely not playing in any um related teamtours unless I somehow go for 5k onto a motivated team lol. I won't go into detail as I'd rather just "forgive and forget" that this ever happened, and I'm at fault for some things but yeah, if you're not having fun even when you win then theres a problem
