Differences from SV

• Defog does not clear terrains from the field.
• Electric Terrain boosts the Base Power of Electric-type moves by 1.5x.
• Grassy Terrain boosts the Base Power of Grass-type moves by 1.5x.
• Heal Bell does not cure the status if the user has Soundproof.
• Healing Wish triggers on the same turn it is used (not stored).
• Psychic Terrain boosts the Base Power of Psychic-type moves by 1.5x.
• Rapid Spin has 20 Base Power and doesn't have any secondary effect.
• Teleport has 0 priority and fails when used.
• Aguav, Figy, Iapapa, Mago, and Wiki berries heal 50% of the user's maximum HP when the user reaches 1/4 of its maximum HP or less.
• Disguise doesn't take 1/10th of Mimikyu's HP upon breaking.
• Oblivious does not make the user immune to Intimidate.
• Own Tempo does not make the user immune to Intimidate.
• Rattled does not boost the user's Speed by 1 stage if it gets its Attack dropped due to Intimidate.
• Scrappy does not make the user immune to Intimidate.
• Technician's Base Power boost doesn't occur before all other multipliers.

Hey y'all! Its time to pedal an agenda :D
Skymin is the bane of any meta that attempts to allow it. There are plenty of viable and reasonable sets that it can run. Things like Z-Growth or Celbrate, Grassium-Z, Scarf Healing Wish even. But the subject of my agenda, is sets that specifically play into Air Slash flinches. These sets showcase the uncompetative nature of the pokemon, giving you 60% chance of just stopping the opposing pokemon from moving. This is not broken by any means, however it is very much an uncompetative mess that can make games incredibly luck dependent, much more so than what I personally consider acceptable. I would personally like it gone.

(Ice) Oh yea, this is peak. A positive type matchup verus top meta threats. An incredibly powerful STAB? Oh yea. This is the real agenda. CM Arc-Ice with your choice of utility move (Wisp, Idef, Refresh), this thing is a real threat.

okay now for an actual opinion. Groudon is a powerful pokemon, a true box art legendary. While I don't think this thing is going to be the first thing to go, I do believe its slowly gonna boil and boil until it needs a ban to rebalance the meta. It's way too strong and has an impressive STAB in the form of Precipice Blades.
