What is the bug?
Unburden interaction with Neutralizing Gas:
Found an interaction between Sceptile and Weezing in Gen 9 Random Doubles Battles.
According to Bulbapedia, if the item is lost while an enemy with Neutralizing Gas, Unburden will not activate, however after Weezing switches out, when hovering over Sceptile, it shows its Speed stat as doubled after modifiers. The next turn, a Dragapult with 270 Speed outspeeds the Sceptile with 261 Speed before modifiers. This means the hover text is being displayed incorrectly; it thinks Unburden has activated once the Neutralizing Gas Pokemon is removed from the field even though this is incorrect.

Yes, I recreated in a custom game here Weezing and Dragapult vs Sceptile, the screen still displays Sceptile as having the Unburden speed boost
