The format for BSSCL I is the following:

• SV Battle Stadium Singles Regulation E
• Gen 9 BSS Factory

Manager self-purchases
Only one manager per team may purchase their playing rights. The manager self-purchase prices for BSSCL is15k flat

Budget
Teams will have a budget of 100k auction credits and have to draft at least 8 players. (6 starters and 2 substitutes)

There are no retains.

The auction will take place on <t:1763229600:F> . Player signups will close at <t:1763182740:F>

Top 4 teams advance to playoffs, 1st seed vs 4th seed & 2nd seed vs 3rd seed

Red Hot Chili Torchics self buys Mrbanana45, their starting budget in draft auction will be 100k-15k = 85k.

Soaring Slugmas self buys Staraptor, their starting budget in draft auction will be 100k-15k = 85k.

Cheerful Shockers self buys Slikkles, their starting budget in draft auction will be 100k-15k = 85k.

BSS Factory will be BEST OF 5, thank you to the BSSF players for their feedback, we hope this change will make sets more enjoyable for everyone!

BSS Reg E will be changed to BSS Reg F

See this post for the reasoning behind the proposal, based on player feedback this seems to be the more popular choice. This effectively changes very little as the two rulesets are extremely similar, reg F is just more up to date.

One Last Kiss has been sold back for reasons unrelated to BSSCL, the Red Hot Chili Torchics have chosen to take Maxisc23 in their stead

RE: One Last Kiss
One Last Kiss has been sold back for reasons unrelated to BSSCL, the Red Hot Chili Torchics have chosen to take Maxisc23 in their stead

Hello we are back.

Upon request, the hosts and BSS leadership were given logs with more context as to why One Last Kiss was sold back. Upon receiving these and discussing amongst each other with some insight from higher level authority figures we believe that this was a hastily made decision and was a mistake.

We will be reversing this decision given the additional context and OLK will be reassigned to the Red Hot Chili Torchics, unless he no longer wishes to participate.
