Welcome Back To December and to 12 Days of Likeshop! long story short, it is the latest instalment of shops (most recently stolen from Kalalokki) focused on spending your hard-earned likes for some fun changes on the forums and Pokemon Showdown!. Since this can't Stay Stay Stay, the shop will only be open for 12 days, keeping in line with the traditional period of time around this time of year. This also means that many of your purchases, especially the mystery boxes, are not Timeless and will expire with the end of the shop. Now then, let's get in to some terms and conditions of this fine establishment:
- All purchases are final, no refunds - Only exception is pooling likes for one of the big prizes if they don't make the threshold
- No reverts of Mystery Boxes - Since all of them will expire by the end of this, you don't really need to spend any likes to revert it. If you really hate what you got, you can always just buy another one and try your luck again :)
- Anything limited quantity is first come, first serve - in case of pooled purchases, it's first to reach the threshold, not first to post
- Accounts must be created before December 12th to participate in the Likeshop
- This is supposed to be for fun, and if you make people miserable, we can refuse service - please don't make me use this rule
- Gambling

- Mystery Box - 500 likes
It's a box of mystery. Since many of the boxes of mystery overlap, you may only buy one at a time (your new one will override your old one, this applies to duo and bejeweled as well).
- Duo Mystery Box - 1500 likes total, split as you see fit
The box is still a mystery, but you get to share it with a friend! To get this one, just tag the one you want to buy it with and they in turn have to reply to your post and agree with the purchase, sort of like a team tour management signup. Likes may be split between the users, make sure to specify how you want them split or they'll be split evenly between the users. Since many of the boxes of mystery overlap, you may only buy one at a time (your new one will override your old one, this applies to basic and bejeweled as well).
- Bejeweled Mystery Box - 5,000 likes
Still a mystery, but fancier. Sometimes much fancier. Maybe even beyond your Wildest Dreams. Since many of the boxes of mystery overlap, you may only buy one at a time (your new one will override your old one, this applies to duo and basic as well).
- Tournaments Mystery Box - 2,000 likes (per user cap of 1)
It's like a mystery box, but for tournaments. Cannot be re-rolled.
- Add animation to an existing PERSONAL custom avatar - 3,000 likes
Marty is a wizard and will do one of these things to your existing custom avatar!
Must be a personal custom avatar, ie not a team / group avatar; can be regular or holiday version, if applicable. Please provide the exact link to the avatar you want to update along with your request (can be found by right clicking on your avatar on PS! and selecting "copy image address", should be formatted like this: https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/sprites/trainers-custom/utxmas.png). Please specify if you want rain or snow.
- A custom Kaiju Bunny doodle profile picture - 3,000 likes (quantity available: until Kaiju Bunny tells me to stop selling these)
Must be of a Pokemon (of your choice). You may continue using it after the like shop ends. Can be hand drawn or digital, but hand drawn will likely be higher quality. For a rough idea of what to expect, see my discord profile picture:
- Buy a ladder for the month of January - highest bid wins, bid increments of 100
Ever wanted to have a ladder for your favorite format that for whatever reason doesn't have one? Now you can! The metagame with the most likes pledged (pooling allowed--dhelmise will keep track of this) will receive a ladder in January! Can be a format that normally doesn't exist, i.e. UU (No Scald) or OU (No Tera), could be a completely new mode (WITHIN REASON, devs can veto), can be an OM/UM/Pet Mod that normally doesn't get a ladder. Will be in a spotlighted area of the ladders.
- Add Legends: Z-A Stones to Mix and Mega - 50,000 likes
We love using the likeshop to improve MnM. For 50,000 likes (can be pooled), the OM Tier Leaders will add the Z-A stones to Mix and Mega (this includes DLC stones because likeshop won't go live until the same week Z-A DLC is out I think) - the abilities will be the ones in the first ability slot (like how it is currently implemented on PS). Can you say "Contrary Magernea"?
- Change the Smogoff forum description - highest bid wins, bid increments of 100
Have you ever noticed the forum description of Smogoff? Did you even know we had one? Currently, it reads, "The off-topic forum." That's pretty boring and basic if you ask me! This year, we're auctioning off the forum description to be anything of your choosing (within reason)! Pooling likes is allowed so grab a few friends and make your mark on the forums! phoopes will keep track (and totally not be corrupt about the whole thing).
- Pre-Reserve a Spotlight - 1,500 likes (per user cap of 1)
Write about a Pokemon set in its corresponding tier of your choosing to be featured as part of the Social Media Spotlights project! The set itself must still pass QC approval, the writing process should still follow our standard Rules and Guidelines, and spotlight staff still reserve the rights to say no if any issues arises. See Marnie if you have any other clarifications!
- Custom title of your choice - 1,500 likes
Ever feel like "no one gets ME!"? Now's your chance to explain exactly who you are with a custom title (like badgeholders have).*
*within reason of course, also doesn't expire at the end of the shop.
- Trophy Point - 2,500 likes each
Useless flair, but it Hits Different, you know?
This one will also persist after the shop closes.
- Custom Profile Banner - 5,000 likes
Upload an image of your choice to be the background image of your Smogon profile page, like the one Hecate has. Or, conversely, like Isaiah has. The user group persists after shop closes, meaning you can keep changing it yes.
