What is the bug?
You can't search for certain move combinations, such as blizzard and agility in the teambuilder for gen 9 ou. Another one you can't search for is agility+Facade+discharge
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
type in blizzard, select it. Then type in agility and select it. Nothing will show up, while mons like dragonite and porygon z know both.

i found others: (all of these are in gen 9 ou) Psychic, psyshock and recover. foul play, facade and ice beam. You also cannot search for conversion and conversion 2 on their own. All of these moves are learned by porygon z. The teambuilder can handle searching for three moves in most cases.
We have been investigating this and implemented a fix for porygon breaking teambuilder, it was (somehow) ads of all things breaking it.
Testing a few other things here seems to indicate we've fixed them all but please let us know if anything issues persist.
