hey there are some ppl that should be picked for ss. From my observances, the perception of the tier been shifting to one of more positivity. People are finally starting to disassociate ssru with the slow slugfests of ssou and recognizing that it still maintains a very high level of competitive play despite the high variance in team structures and archetypes. Some newer players since rupl have taken a liking to the tier and some of them i think should be recognized as legit ssru players based on conversations, tour results, and test games.

RUCL Power Ranking​

7th : Devious Diancies
The team looks weird some what I would considere some overpays and underpays. SV should not be a problem unless LBN and Flam get in a war of ideas. The mainers are good tho so I got no doubt on the core. Runo seems like a solid SS player too. This team has some decent players but idt anyone besides the SV is going to cook an insane performance.

6th : Tsarenna Bisexul Divas

Poor Ishtar was broke after getting the 2 most expensive players of the draft. I got no doubt about the vibes. I also see all the slots besides gen 8. Gen 6 and 5 should do really well however idk who'll build for gen 9 is what I'm worried about (I hope mind won't have to build for 4 slots). You've also got some solid clickers as subs which is good for flex slots.

5th : Borussia Donphans
Their draft started really well but then I think it kinda died out. Mielke for 20.5k seems like a lot when you see their rupl record. I kinda see their SV core tho Tsuki is a big question as she hasn't played ru tho she follows the meta. Some of their gens are broken although idk who their SM/ ORAS is depeding on where Evi goes. I also don't know most of the subs well so can't judge.

4th : Rising Sandstorm
Metallica and Eeriespells also got broke really fast however they did get some good players on the way. My main concern is more on the subs who're unproven in RU tho Meta seems to know them well so they may be very sheist.

3rd : Zui Zoruas

When we were drafting with Seed we had 2 things to say about this team. Holy it looks solid although you have to be aware of gen 6. The second one was "Who will build for SV?" The only builder is AJ kinda and he can't build for 4 slots all alone.

2nd : The Feraliburn

Zause, Nemosse and Flab will have to carry the SV prep as they bought a lot of clickers. The other slots seem fine. I'm a bit worried about the activity of some of those players but it's still a solid team. Happy to see Zause make his debute!

1st : Magic Guardians
Team looks good ngl. All the slots are good, maybe gen 3 is weaker but besides that I really enjoy the team. Not much more to say lol.

Alright let's start with the important rankings and do the less interesting PR after.

Viable teams:
20/20 Virizion, Tsareena Bisexual Divas, Rising Sandstorm, Zui Zoruas

Unviable teams:
Devious Diancies, Magic Guardians, Borussia Donphans, The Feraliburn

This is a disgrace to RU teamtour drafts, if it were up to me these 4 teams would start at -2.

Real Power Rankings
1. Tsareena Bisexual Divas
They have the most star power in my opinion. There are six players which i would be shocked if they don't go positive and half of those will probably go 5-2 or better. I'm not familiar with a lot of the 3k pick ups, but also see some familiar names from other tiers that I'm curious how they will do in this tour. My only question mark is who is gonna cover the ADV slot here, but that might just be not knowing an ADV main.
2. The Feraliburn
This team also has good star power. However, they have less players im confident in that will go positive. Instead they have an army of people that might do well but also might not. However, half of those will be on the bench. If they can figure out the optimal starting line up of those together with good old gen coverage they will do well.
3. Rising Sandstorm
Metallica's team usually make playoffs and I expect that here as well. There is a good mix of proven players and chinese players that always perform decent with Metallica's support. I'm most interested to see how daharan and Paprikaflow will do here.

4. 20/20 Virizion
I think this is a solid team. All tiers are covered and there are some good picks that I'm curious how well they can do (Hoops and txunt). However, I do think overall they have a weaker roster than the three teams above.
5. Magic Guardians
I think this team is very similar to the virizions. Overall a very solid roster with all slots covered, though they don't have a dedicated ADV'er. I think if they want to make play offs sol has to get revenge for his 2-5 rupl.
6. Zui Zoruas
This team is very old gen skewed. They definitely have an excellent roster there. The SV however is a bit dry and I think it will be tough for them. To make play offs they mainly have to overcome that I feel.
7. Borussia Donphans
I think this is also a fine team. I rate them a bit lower because I don't see a lot of players who I think will get wins consistently week after week to carry the team. Mielke is one of the few dedicated ADV'ers this tour, so a lot will depend on if they can take advantage of that.

8. Devious Diancies
To me this is the worst team out of the 8. A lot of players here feel slightly overpriced, which results in the overall roster being subpar. To make play offs multiple players here will have to show up big time.

Overall I expect the top 3 teams to all make play offs, then 4-7 are very close to each other, and unfortunately I think the diancies will have a hard time making play offs. I challenge you to prove me wrong.

lo gallade pretty good and with shadow sneak can did some revenge kill work.

this can be seen my conclude of this year's ru build, i tried every interesting stuff and played all generation, that make me so fun and i not stop ru until i tired.

eeriespell ty my friend manage with me, although plan not really we want but our team still perfect, i hope we manage next year's pu tour and we might fight again in all low tier world cup.

cya rupl, recent day my health not well and busy prep exam this week make me tired that misschedule, i'm so bad on this situation but some friend want me manage rupl again so i will back of rupl, that time i think i will better more, i still save some stuff my mates/me not used, let's wait future time.

This tour is now over for the virizions. It has a special place in my heart and I loved managing in it so here are some s/o as well as my personnal feelings.

Personnal feelings

RUCL came at a point where I was a bit dried out from ru. I was doing bad in tours an felt my motivation in general due to irl issues as well at a low. When I heard my friend seed wanted to manage I hesitated. I wanted to play but ultimatly decided that even then I wouldn't be worth 15k and I wanted to try out managing. The experience felt great. I was glad of the team we drafted and this was one of my best team tour experiences ever. It was also with the help of some friends that made me change my attitude towards the game in general but I'll come back in the shoutouts sections. I wished we won the tour ofc but just being there and doing our best was a blast! It was a pleasure and hopefully I'll be back in RUPL to continue playing this tier that I love and is my favourite metagame to play and build of all time. Love you all and stay safe folks.

NoName6293 : Ngl, we were shocked to only have you for 3k LOL. I remember when you helped the Ironclad Infernapes back in 2024 with ChrispBacon. You left me a good impression and I was not disapointed when we drafted you. Despite you entering1 billion tours you were active and gave good imputs. You were a reliable person and I loved your humour in the discord. Gl for SPL fam and take care. o7

Txunt! : The goat! I remember you break out tour when you beat me in the top 8 of the winter ssnl. This was your first big team tour and you can be proud. You were extremly active, gave your absolute best while also being super chill and motivated. I'm glad to have you around and even if you aren't as happy of your results it's still a really solid one and you will continue to improve. No regrets on drafting you!

lza : People sleep on you SUPER hard. You were a monster the whole tour and one of my biggest regrets was not starting you one week. You went LeBron, was super active, kept beating my ass in testgames. I knew you were a hidden gem but atp you'e shown them you are a monster. Stand proud friend and take care!

FastCarVroom!!! : Ever since your promising debute in RUPL you were on me and seed's draftplan as a top priority. Holy carry helping build in ADV AND going crazy in BW. Super active, super nice dude and super motivated. I can't thank you enough my friend and you're the goat never forget.

DripLegend : Unfortunatly for our team we were asked by hosts to fill in 2 midwest players for the quotas and you were there ig? Nah but more seriously you're a super nice and funny guy! This wasn't your tour but I loved speaking to you and you made me chuckle a lot. See you soon Drip and hope we team up again!

DD Joe : ADV was a rough pick because during the draft we missed a lot of the ADV players. However we had you as our wildcard. You were damn active, building and testing hard which imposed my respect. I'm happy to have had you on board and I wish you nothing but the very best!

Hoops : You were one of the most overlooked players this tour. Holy cow you went crazy and that is super nasty. People sleep on you but I know that now they won't. You were super active and was super creative in building. Much love to you Hoops and after having drafted you in a previous tour I knew I would be in good hands with you!

toinha : The Brazalian guy Beraldo wanted in this years RUPL. An example of activity and you were super nice while I loved hearing about who you were and your story. You are one the friendliest persons I've met in a team tour and I wish you the very best!

IcyPenguin2 : 2nd guy for midwest quotas. I wish I could've let you play more man. People maybe don't know you yet in RU but the waves you've been making in DOU and Rands are there. Super chill person, your default is you think I'm not the next Franklin of RU but that's fine, not everyone can see the vision...

paysa : Bum number 2. People who don't play rands mostly don't know you but your rands stats are insane. You were super active and learned RU on the fly and for me. I loved having you on board (even if like icy you don't have the vision).

Showl : A promising player. First of all I wanted to apologize for not letting you play a game. You had a near circuit qualification this year and you should've got given a chance. I hope to see more of you in RU!

Friends :

I also want to give a perticular shoutouts to Feliburn. I tested a lot with you this RUCL trying to cook up stuff and you always give great advices. You also were there giving me advices on how to approach things not only in the game but in life in general. For that, thank you so much.

I also want to shoutout the Burro discord for having my friends laugh, chat and enjoy this tournament and in general being a loving presence. You guys are kings and queens and I hope our friendships will last forever.
