Pending !coverage stellar is confusing

Stellar is listed as neutral on itself, but any known stellar moves will be super effective on any known stellar type pokemon, since you need to terastalize to become the stellar type. Calling it neutral is true in theory but not in practice, and therefore confusing.
 
It's not super effective on the type though - if you hack in a mon with Stellar, it won't be super effective on that. Just because coincidentally current mons and moves work this way doesn't mean they'll stay that way, and editing the chart to look like that is objectively wrong information

Ultimately this is a question between what is technically correct, and what's practically useful. Smogon leadership has a history of siding with the 'this is technically accurate to console' side (gen one misses) so I'm alright with conceding this point, though I still think its impractical/ pretty silly.

Generation 9 is mostly over now anyways ig :shrug
