Randbats Spotlight Ladder!

The Randbats Spotlight Ladder's purpose is simple: to give formats that would not otherwise have a chance to be played on a wider scale. Each other month, four options will be given, and the winner after a week of voting will have its own ladder for a period of two months!

As usual, this Randbats Spotlight will feature a SMOGON TOURNAMENT related to it. More details about this tournament are included in this thread, so keep reading!

Since it's the last cycle of the year, the options were chosen among some of the most popular formats from this year's cycles that couldn't get enough votes to become spotlights. In other words, this is "best of the rest"!

YOU MAY VOTE FOR MULTIPLE FORMATS!

What are all these formats and mods?

Gen 7 Dicemons:
In this format you will play a standard game of Gen 7 random battle, but the number of pokemon will be randomly determined before the match starts. From a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 12, the rolling dice will have the power to drastically change the type of match you and your opponent are going to play!

Bring 24 Pick 6 Random Mayhem: What better way to make the most chaotic random format out there even crazier than adding Bring-Pick to it? Mayhem is the one format where Shared Power, Scalemons, Inverse and Camomons are all active at the same time. With bring-pick, you can now have the freedom to create busted combinations of abilities and/or counter the ones the opponent might select. You like chaos? This is the perfect format for you!

Mix and Mega Computer Generated Teams: Mix and Mega makes its return in the Spotlight vote after two (!) years. In this mod, your pokemon will be randomly assigned a mega stone (or the Red/Blue orb) which will give said pokemon the stat boosts, the ability and even the new type of that Mega Evolution. For instance, For example, a Toxapex with Altarianite would gain Pixilate, an additional Fairy typing, 40 base Attack, 20 base Defense, and 40 base Special Attack.
Mix and Mega will be applied to Computer Generated Teams, the format that "uses non-species-specific heuristics to generate Pokémon teams" (no, it's not AI)

Gen 9 BSSF best of 3: If you had fun with the format and if you want to train for Rbtt IX, you have the possibility to vote for the Gen 9 BSSF ladder to come back! To follow the trend of BSS games and to hopefully create more participation, this will be a best of 3 format

!IMPORTANT! Tournament information

This month's Randbats Spotlight is going to include a SMOGON TOURNAMENT. The format of this tournament will be the format chosen as the Randbats Spotlight. The length of this tournament will be 2 months, which will determine the pace of the tournament. The prize of the tournament will be 1 month of RPW (Room Prize Winner) and the possibility to pick a format for the next Randbats Spotlight poll!

How do I sign up?

Please do not sign up in this thread, a new thread will be open for the tournament itself.

Rules and additional details:

- When selecting a format to vote on as the winner, you will have a wide array of options, from modded variants of ladders that already exist, to formats that are challenge-only, to formats that don't exist at all! However, these are subject to coding limitations, and formats that have recently been a bimonthly spotlight cannot be voted on again for several months.
- This thread is open for discussion. Stay cordial, follow all site rules.
- Only votes in the poll above will count. Please do not type your vote out in a reply.
