FOR THE GUYS How do you win against someone that is better than you?

I'm on a Farm League as the VGC main of my team and i really need to pass at least one more game if i want to have a minimum chance to pass to the subsequent Premier League, since i'm 2-3 and i need to win 3 more games if my team reaches to the playoffs. Now, the guy i'm facing is presumably better than me and the only replay that i have finded of Reg F is using a hard TR team. I have a balance team that i really like and i want to use it but i'm not sure if i should use it or go for a matchup fish

Note: Farigiraf has Throat Spray and Hyper Voice instead of Sitrus + DGleam

that said, as someone who has won against better players many times: you can try to buckle down and play the best game you can, or you can try to cheese them. Articuno Blizzspam, Fissure Ting-Lu, Encore Disable stuff, Thunder Wave until they have four paralyzed Pokemon, whatever you can throw at them. don't try to faceroll with Dondozo Tatsugiri; good players know how to play into Dozo. only bring that if you think you can win with it. make sure you have a plan for Trick Room if you've seen them play it, but don't try to build a counterteam, just make sure you have a game plan.

no idea who you're playing, but remember that names don't matter once you hit the battlefield. this isn't "presumably better than you," they're just your opponent. play your best Pokemon and the pieces will fall as they may

For TR i have Imprison Farigiraf which is a good way of stopping TR in my experience. Honestly seeing the team that it used i think that it has a good matchup against my team, and if i'm not really sure of being able to win i can abuse of Spore Amoonguss as a pseudo cheese
