Manaphy @ Booster Energy
Ability: Protosynthesis
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
Timid Nature
- Tail Glow
- Surf
- Alluring Voice
- Stored Power / Ice Beam

The heart of the team! Manaphy’s access to Tail Glow, combined with the Speed boost from Protosynthesis, makes it a potent setup sweeper and late-game cleaner. Surf is Manaphy's strongest move against bulky foes like Corviknight, Gholdengo, and Iron Treads, OHKOing them after a Tail Glow boost. Alluring Voice nails RegenVest Roaring Moon after a boost while removing other Dragon- and Fighting-types like Latios and Zamazenta. Stored Power targets Desolate Land Iron Moth and Moltres. Ice Beam threatens Grass-types like Sinistcha while hitting Desolate Land Landorus formes and Moltres. This set is a fixture on hyper offense teams. Leads like Corviknight and Smeargle make great additions. Corviknight provides dual screens support for easier setup and can safely bring Manaphy in with its slow U-turn. Smeargle offers entry hazard support and can set Sticky Web, letting Manaphy outspeed Deoxys-S and Choice Scarf users like Meowscarada and Roaring Moon, which otherwise outspeed it even at +1. Teammates like Zamazenta and Roaring Moon threaten Desolate Land Heatran and RegenVest Hisuian Goodra while appreciating the removal of Corviknight, Pecharunt, and Great Tusk.

The Heart of the team! Manaphy’s access to Tail Glow, combined with the Speed boost from Protosynthesis, makes it a potent wallbreaker and setup sweeper setup sweeper and late-game cleaner You would usually want to use this as a late game win condition once teams are broken down, mainly the RegenVesters like opposing Manaphy/Primarina since the speed and set up make it hard to threaten back. Surf is Manaphy's strongest move against bulky foes like Corviknight, Gholdengo, and Iron Treads, OHKOing them after a Tail Glow boost. Alluring Voice nails RegenVest Roaring Moon after a boost while also removing other Dragon- and Fighting-types like Latios and Zamazenta. Stored Power lets it threaten Desolate Land Iron Moth and Moltres as well as bulky Water-types like opposing Manaphy and Primarina after two Tail Glows. Ice Beam targets Grass-types like Sinistcha while still hitting Desolate Land Moltres I would also mention desolate land grounds like Lando/Lando-T. This set is a fixture on hyper offense teams. Leads like Corviknight or Smeargle make great additions. Corviknight provides dual-screen support for easier setup and can safely bring Manaphy in with its slow U-turn, while Smeargle offers entry hazard support and can set Sticky Web, letting it outspeed threats like Choice Scarf Meowscarada, (ac) Choice Scarf Roaring Moon, and Deoxys-S, which would otherwise outspeed it even at +1. Teammates like Zamazenta and Roaring Moon threaten Desolate Land Heatran and RegenVest Hisuian Goodra while appreciating the removal of Corviknight, (ac) Pecharunt, and Great Tusk.
