NOC Tracker Jailer Follower - Game Thread - Its Over!

alright i'm not around tomorrow so here's my offering on the game.

miyami - town but a little hesistant, p much only person itg to come out of the gate with a strong opinion.
pulsar - if pulsar was mafia their team would probably have pinged them to post

peum - strongest of the lean town, i like their proactivity in engaging the thread and the game last night.
shypebble - lean town on vibes
genisu - lean town on vibes
evie - lean town on vibes. has just talked about afk people and voting them and nothing else about the game which i don't like

airc - kind of weird half defending des by going after miyami but then ends up as miyami town. feels like town logic tbh but so i feel okay about airc compared to my other nulls but not that much.
dbd - i don't know
des - no idea lol


celever - lean scum. defended des and then setup speculated. i'll let other people if i decide if i'm crazy but this is not something celever really does? and then i'm also surprised to see celever advocate for scenarios to have people claim which also seems very uncelever
imaginaryneon - has actually posted things relevant to the game so lean scum since neon is more troll as town i feel. weirdly defensive of des in that regard

phoopes - yes OMGUS sure. the only posts phoopes has made are about...not wanting to no vote. so what is phoopes doing to get us away from that conclusion? absolutely nothing so far.

If theres one thing i expect celever to do at the start of the game its talk about the setup.

This is kinda just wrong, I’ve talked about airc, miyami, and celever. miyami has talked about des about as much as me and other people about as much as me so im not sure why you’re not going after her for the same thing.

encouraging neon to not post properly is unbelievably counter productive. i get where youre coming from but i think this is really not a good idea

I am not going after miyami, or if I did I misphrased something idk, I'm just saying I disagree with voting des, but I feel like the way miyami is pushing des feels town

I’m usually anti-claim bc most setups are anti-claim

There are some setups in this one where one role should claim and the rest are anti-claim here

I’m not pro- or anti-claim I’m pro-the best strategy yk
 
It looks like OMGUS but before the last post and me getting on this page I was p sure Jalmont’s scum and he prooob is but I don’t wanna push it today bc he doesn’t come back to play very often x3

It wouldn’t have been bad if I did bc mafia is about evaluating both sides of a disagreement and discerning which one’s likelier to be correct but I don’t think it happened lol

I'm trying to refrain from talking about des until the game has progressed a little. I think both sides have merit. I think it's interesting that we know des has read through the thread and yet hasn't posted anything.

My point is not actually that, my point is that mafia actually had merit to defend des in that situation if she were actually mafia, basically I am trying to see both sides of the coin, in one des is town and as I said here one of these scenarios could be happening

How does it hurt you if we do get a protected townclear is more my question ig? Why should we keep ourselves in the dark about the set-up when I don't think it hurts us to know more?

It might actually help some of the other roles too, ie if Follower exists and finds someone who can RB, in Set-up 4 that's a 50/50 on maf or Jailkeep. In set-up 5 that's a confirmed guilty. If we know IC exists then we can confirm that it's set-up 5 and they have a clear guilty.

And for the Mason's one, I'm not rlly sure how much it helps besides two town clears, still waiting on DBD on why that's more advantageous tbh.

This is also contingent on there being any of those roles, idk how much it helps us to know that it's one of 2, 3, or 4 for the set-up if none of those exist.

I'll also say that one mason/innocent child claiming feels fine, Innocent child feels better bc of how there could be a rolecop trying to find out who that is, and generally them having a 2/10 chance of finding a meaningful role is better than a 3/10, mason is more eh because once jailkeeper dies they're instantly dying the next night which isnt cool, and limits the jailkeeper so they cant roleblock the mafia.

okay. i'm not sure why you are feeling like i'm "going after you." you are literally in my town pool right now, not sure if you missed that or.

I'm not really too concerned about "encouraging" people to do anything. I am not out here telling people how to play or worrying about how often they post or what not. I can't control that. If neon reads my post and decides "i'm going to quit posting because of jalmont!" then that's their prerogative. in that same vein I'm not really that interested in changing how I play or what I'm doing in response to what other people feel/think. so if I have a scumread based on what people are saying/doing, I'm going to say it (at least in this game xd)

you should try and vote me out if that's what you believe. I'm not a baby. in fact, I think this game would probably be a lot more interesting if you did that. of course, it would be pretty bad timing (or good for the mafia) if you did since I can't really defend myself today after this)

you would look like a genius and conf town if you are right about me, one of the few people trying to get the game going and push conversation forward, being mafia. so you should go for it!

I hope this tags everyone. Everyone needs to place a vote today. Preferably with some kind of reason.

I don't want to hear anything from the "oh we should vote day 1 crowd!" if you can't even be assed to vote someone. So do it before the end of the day, otherwise I'll be on you tomorrow! We've had 24+ hours so you need to have an opinion by this point.
