Rules​

• Follow all rules listed here.
• Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for me to make decisions for activity calls when I can actually see what went down with scheduling.
• If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to me or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.
• Substitutions may be made after a week has started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.
• If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.
• Replays are mandatory. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later.
• Managers: Please send me your lineups in the same format that I used to post pairings. It makes it much easier to post future rounds more quickly.

OU / bo3 predicts

SV OU: Fleance vs Tempo di anguria - feel tempo is just extremely proven in NatDex, fleance is solid himself though so I do expect a close match.

SV OU: Mollymiltoast vs Tuthur - same as the above; I do think that while tuthur’s sv support is solid and he is a proven player even in NatDex (check ndwc), I think it’s easy to catch non mainers in NatDex with more tier specific techs and I think Molly is one of the best players at doing this

SV OU: Leroipolux vs Kayzn - This is a PL rematch. don’t get me wrong, I want the pug to perform in this NDCL and I’m rooting for him, but in my opinion I think Leroi is just an extremely consistent player. With decent understanding of the tier’s fundamentals as well I think I favor him.

Bo3 (OU / UU / RU): salmonelephant vs Leni - salmon is in my opinion due for a breakout tour, and I think NDCL is perfect for him to do so. He’s shown very consistent improvement with a grand slam win and (if I recall correctly) has placed very well in NDUU individuals as well. Although I don’t put much stake on this as a surefire win as Leni is obviously a solid player, I do think it shows his general improvement as a player and his high skill ceiling. I think leni takes OU while salmon takes the lower tiers.

SV OU: Airi vs Metallica126 - Metallica has been in the shadows waiting for his moment to strike in NatDex… although Airi, being a circuit semifinalist after all, is an excellent player with solid knowledge of the tier after their venture in circuit, I do think Metallica is hard to root against with his general consistency as a player. I am excited for this matchup though as both players have a good understanding of NatDex even in a builder standpoint.

SV OU: Stories vs LBN - in my opinion I do think this is extremely close. I do favor stories’s in-game more, but I do think that LBN will care about this tour more in prep and I certainly will be sure he’s going to throw some curveballs stories’s way. Go South tho.

SV OU: benladil vs Taka - another extremely close one, I do think that the above is also true in this matchup but in a different manner. I do think Taka’s mental composure in game is better, and he’s also more proven generally in other tiers. However, I do think Benadryl is one of the most motivated players I’ve seen in recent day. He has very much improved shown by his finalist showing in seasonal, enduring all of those rounds while cooking some of his own stuff and succeeding with it. If anyone can pull off a win based off of motivation in prep to win and prove himself, I think it’s Benadryl.

Bo3 (OU, UU, RU): devin vs skimmythegod - How did Devin of all people go for 15k again? I think Devin is also just one of those players who is also extremely consistent and has proven himself in the highest levels of competition countless times, making him hard to root against. Skimmy is no slouch either; he’s also someone who can generally click extremely well with even past OU and NatDex performances, and this match will be close at least in game, but I rate devin highly so I think he takes it in 2.

SV OU: Isza vs Vlarcheops - I do think that Isza is one of NatDex’s most known names at this point and it’s easy to see why. I’m a big fan of how he builds, even using some of his builds myself. On the other hand he faces vlarcheops, who is a bit of a newer face but has already made splashes in NatDex with a win over olt winner separation in a do or die NDPL game and motivation to learn and experience the tier. With Isza’s proven feats though along with his experience, I see him taking it, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Vlar pulls off another upset.

SV OU: NoName6293 vs Lostmemories - Like Devin, I am a big fan of noname’s game. I think he’s extremely adaptable no matter the tier and his play generally allows him to circumvent any kind of radical tier shifts from the OUs he’s normally used to. Lostmemories is also a well known name with proven results as well, and although I have seen less of them I know they are an extremely respectable player in their own right. Close for me, but based on familiarity I take noname.

SV OU: Ryuji vs Xurkiyee - I think this match is extremely hard to judge because I’m not sure how these players will approach prep and even ingame. Ryuji is one of the sharpest people in NatDex at least in tier knowledge, and although xurk is obviously not a slouch in this either with his famous wheel spins I do think ryuji does have an edge in more consistent prep (not taking a diss to xurk’s “wheel spins”; but I do think ryuji generally loads some extremely consistent goodstuffs). However, I do think xurk has an extremely good mental. He took on the onslaught of a 10-game gauntlet in NDPL, ORAS circuit, and ND circuit all in a row, and while this generally leads to burnout I do think his consistency still showed ingame. With more motivation in prep from what I can tell and his ability to catch ryuji off-guard with consistent play I think xurk takes it in this highlight match.

Bo3 (OU, UU, RU): sealoo vs Micaiah - Another extremely hype game for me. I personally think Sealoo is one of NatDex’s finest players and builders along with circuit champion darkness, and his records SHOW this. His builds are also extremely consistent with his playstyle allowing him to pilot them to the fullest. Micaiah is a similar case; he builds according to his playstyle, and I’m personally fond of how he approaches the builder no matter the NatDex tier he touches. Micaiah’s last venture in NatDex Bo3 was pretty stellar, and I do trust that he has an even more stellar run in this tour along with his (if I recall correctly) successful NDPLs. I’m a fan of sealoo’s UU cooks personally, and I do think he takes that and OU, but I do think Micaiah takes RU. Hype game and closer than one might think.

SV Ubers: Cow vs Swas - Not familiar with Cow's ubers game yet. He's defo got some strength attached to his name however.
SV UU: Dabman1069 vs R1C3M4N - Many moons ago, in a hellish tour called National Dex Blind Draft, Dabman was able to take a game off of Riceman. This won't happen again. Superior support and in-game play should have Dabman packing his bags.
SV RU: LB vs spoo - Spoo's got a solid support network where as LB really only has Salmon but that means nothing since LB will load an eyesore team and win.
Bo3 (OU / UU / RU): salmonelephant vs Leni - I don't care how much mons experience he got, Leni will get knowledge checked pretty hard in these tiers.

SV Ubers: MirrorSaMa vs Kunvirgo - Very close in skill I think. Both are pretty out of the box players so I think I would enjoy watching what they bring. Gotta bold the fan favorite tho.
SV UU: Danbear02 vs Sagazinha - Sagaz is chill but Danbear is genuinely the butcher of UU so.
SV RU: Rafadude vs Kingler - Rafa needs miracle prep + knowledge checking to win here. skill diff is just that high.
Bo3 (OU, UU, RU): devin vs skimmythegod - never bold against devin

SV Ubers: Ballfire vs xinnobu - not really heard of Ballfire's name in a while.
SV UU: MGdos16 vs 3moreminutes - sealoo prep + NDPL slot experience + will probably be in SPL this season. 3MM only got himself I'm pretty sure, just let it go.
SV RU: Seed vs THE_CHUNGLER - Neither of these guys have seriously touched NDRU, I'm not bolding this. Expect some cool and awesome and serious brings.
Bo3 (OU, UU, RU): sealoo vs Micaiah - sealoo locks in OU and UU pretty well. If it goes to RU Micaiah got some homefield advantage but sealoo can come up close there with his #connections
