the request: build around :tyranitar-mega::tapu-lele::zamazenta:
i tried time and again to build around fsight lele but just couldnt put the pivots together for zama to get in cleanly -- sorry if that was the intent, but some of the bonus teams should at least get you there

anyway, here's what i ended up with:

so, ultimately ended up going for spikes with 4a tar, scarf lele, id bp zama wincon. semi-pivot woger (could run u-turn if u want) and fight z ghold since we're on hp fire lele with psyshock for a better mu spread all around.
you could feasibly run something like stone edge lando and put rocks back on tar, for sure. or put toxic on one of 'em.

i can't lie mega tar was super hard to build around i am not sure what it is about that mon but not letting it run with exca (which i admittedly did not attempt) or like great tusk feels pretty dang hard LOL. anyway i hope you enjoy and have a great new year bud. o7

anyways I was assigned these coger and yard sets by RunicPower413 so I obviously wanted hatterene for sturdy + hazard blocking. Tusk made sense to remove hazards that did go up and click rocks and stabs. It lives an oger power whip and a koko gleam which makes those guys way easier to handle in practice because you aren't risking bolt dying to play rough. It could be like head smash Z but I wasn't feeling that too much. Mola does healing wish lite and serves as a switch for most mons most of the time. You don't have too hard of a matchup into the guys mola loses to anyways, so it's mostly fine that you struggle to swap into woger because it hates everything 1v1, opposing coger fries you kinda but what can you do? Bolt last benefits from proto to give you a chance to put down gliscor even without burning Z. In practice, more people will lose to timid bolt than you think.

Unfortunately, I am a horrible ND builder so this team is more likely than not utter garbage. It worked for me around 1500, which is basically my peak elo because I am also a horrible ND player. I also had a variant linked here but I couldn't get the last slot to work very well. Hatterene wasn't feeling good, maybe pagos for removal + rocks? I'm not sure. I tried crown gambit treads ghold lele gking weav and some others. Feel free to experiment, this is kind of a letdown probably...

You asked me to build around Zapdos-Galar, I actually found this quite hard before finding a version I was happy enough with and I ended up landing on this:

Team Breakdown:

:zapdos-galar: - Placed here under your request, without sample sets I tried many different variants of this pokemon, from sub Z to band and finally landing on choice scarf as the best set, I was interested in using sub Z initially as it is the set that landed it in UUBL (from what I've heard) and seemed pretty strong, I placed it on a webs squad as a secondary defog insurance, I saw mixed success with this set but seemed hard to pull off and ultimately ditched it, Choice band was also enticing as it could 2hko corviknight cleanly with close combat and under the right circumstances became extremely powerful with a defiant boost, the set seemed cool but wasn't too practical leading to choice scarf being the preffered set, It is very nice as a scarfer outspeeding tapu lele and urshifu and without a sample set it leaves people guessing providing a bit of a surprise factor.

:gholdengo: - Primary breaker, covers gapdos well, steel z is broken as always not a lot to say about ghold, broken mon.

:ting-lu: - Added to provide stealth rocks, phasing, electric immunity and keeps the kantonian birds at bay mainly zapdos which would fry the rest of the squad.

:moltres: - Wanted to create a nice fire, water and grass defensive backbone, originally I went for the classic heatran but I realised that there was no hazard control and I am not a fan of two ground weaknesses to 1 immunity, also carries the team vs the currently popular sun and also helps vs kyurem. Mixed set provides a counter to volcarona.

:slowbro: - Regenerator is king, defensive pivot to allow gapdos and friends in safely, future sight also pairs well with gapdos' close combat as a breaking pair.

:venusaur-mega: - Wonderful frog, finishes the fire water grass core, prevents oger stomping everything here, provides extra electric insurance from the likes of tapu koko wittling down ting-lu which may be needed for other special attackers also improves kingambit MU if gapdos is chipped and can no longer check it.

Potential Changes:

:slowbro: - Utility moves such as thunder wave could be nice to slot in over slack off to provide a bit of speed control.
:moltres: Some are not a fan of mixed moltres and this could be replaced back to hurricane or u-turn or whatever you might like here, Mystical fire could also be used over flamethrower.
:ting-lu: Double hazards could be implemented or even maybe a rock move if you wanted to cover the likes of zapdos and moltres as best as u can.​

This guy is actually kinda strong, being able to power though steels with the z. Synergizes with moth surprisingly well as legion takes advantage of the bulky waters and heatran while moth can bring it in with u-turn while checking koko and grasses. Lando brings rocks and uturn, the taunt set is used to prevent tank chomp and most other slower mons from getting up hazards. Sciz and dnite hate moltres and fatass waters who get drowned by bascu and in return love picking off weakened threats. Zama last is there as the ultimate safety net. Z-lele, volc, dnite, diancie, and pretty much everything can be picked up with its coverage. Basically ts is a regular degular turn-turn, hf brother.

I'm a bit late but happy new year Xurkiyee ! Zeraora isn't rlly a great mon and I had a really hard time building a functional team around it, tho I was able to get somewhere with it in the end (team: https://pokepast.es/68d8982af4c500b7). I liked the idea of ebelt cm zera being able to ohko stuff like glisc, lando, and ferro (not ferro with a lot of spdef tho) at +1, so I wanted to pair it with dian. Dian can go ham into a lot of bos and even some balances if that glisc dies. I initially wanted woger as a 3rd for a more stable balance mu, though after multiple attempts of building, I ended up being either too weak to fighting or ground each time, so I decided to slap on a slowbro, who comfortably deals with most of each in the tier. Corv does corv things being a glue with steel/flying fog in one. It's more of a mixed spread for better mus into stuff like z lele and kyu. (Can go bpress corv if u don't wanna take recoil vs a subroost kyu but imo bb is better into woger and although rarer, val) Chomp is another mon that benefits from glisc/lando removal as it can now spam eq more often than not. Zera also deals with other flyings like molt, corv and zap well. In return, chomp can threaten gking and bolt well, both of which are some of zera's most consistent checks (unless bolt is non drag z). Zama might be a weird pick for the last slot, but it's an actual speed control option. Because of how weak zera is at +0, it misses important kos on weakened offensive threats (unless they're 45 or below). It also adds a fighting type which is very much needed for a stable kgb mu. U can go lorb if u want but this seemed a tad bit weak to hstack with a slightly chipped corv. Lorb is still great tho, esp since u do more to gking and increase ur damage output even further on top of fsight from bro. Overall, I'm still a bit iffy on this team considering it most certainly has setbacks and some sets might be questionable too, but enjoy! Btw ty for the basc team it's fire af, have a great year ahead.
