Announcement National Dex OMs have been rehoused, and one other thing

See title. We've been working with National Dex staff to figure out a proper place to house NDOMs (NDAAA, NDBH, NDSTAB, NDGG, any other potential NDOMs) for a looong time now, and it's finally been figured out with the introduction of our new OM Mashups forum. They are housed there, and are now a part of the OM family. However, This isn't to say we're stealing those metagames from NatDex for no reason.

The OM Mashups community has been around for about 3 generations now, but they've gotten less attention than deserved for awhile. This was always a somewhat known issue that got further highlighted when conflicts in previous years arose about the identity of what exactly an OM Mashup is when discussions about NDOMs arose elsewhere on the website.

To mitigate these issues and the concerns of lack of reach, OMs is getting a third spotlight ladder, catered specifically towards OM Mashups (which includes NDOMs and the mashups that are housed in the AAA subforum), and we hope to further improve support for our subcommunities down the line. but more info on that later.

Thanks to bumboclaat, Steorra, sealoo, Runo, R8, LordBox, omar, and Velcroc for helping figure out the identity of NDOMs, and thanks to the OM staff team and Clas, BandedBodyPress, Miss Crisis, and TheTrueLtaker for figuring out the OMM forum.

lowkey everyone in the world was super busy this month so we didn't get the method for deciding this figured out; starting in jan it will be a voting slate similar to omotm, but for this month we let the OMM leaders pick, and they picked...Camove Chaos!
