Hey everyone, things are still moving behind the scenes on a technical solution to this problem that will not require policy input. Once that is completed and implemented it will be announced here / in a similar place on how bots will be handled going forward.
For the shifts that just occurred we had a slight delay in posting them to review them beforehand with all the Tier Leaders to ensure that no shifts were affected by any type of manipulation. Once we were sure that all the shifts were valid they were posted as normal, and going forward we will not need to do this.
Thanks to everyone for giving input here, it would have been very useful if there was manipulation detected or there was no viable technical solution. Going to lock this thread as it will only need another response if the technical solution is not functioning as intended, and we won't know that for a couple months. There will be another post outlining what the solution is / when it is implemented, but further input is not needed for that. Thank you!
