1st off heyo! I'm a bit new here and did some research before I ask this question. Bax was banned late 2023 due to his many sets being hard to predict and beat consistently as well as having the SD duel spear/shot set. however at this time tera was still legal making bax harder to beat. tera was then later on banned in 2024 and stuff has changed alot sense then. Plus to top it off due to tera no longer being active Bax in my honest opinion will not be that much of an upset due to us still having common priority moves that can punish his SD + scale shot set, sucker hits for neutral, both mach and bullet punch hit it for super effective, extreme speed and 1st impression are also decent neutral options as well. plus he has 87 speed and a good chunk of mons outspeed him as well. plus similar mons run about this tier as well, mega chomp faster and hits harder but hes still legal, we have kyurem whos still allowed so we are aware at least the dragon/ice typing won't break the meta and it has ran nearly the same set as bax or mix sets in the past and its still legal in this tier to this day.
