scum have no need to kill phoopes unless we vote out their roleblocker, at which point they can always kill phoopes that night bc we have no other protection
technically I guess phoopes could hero JK roleblock but eh my vibe is, if phoopes is town, scum are unpressured (like not pulsar or Peum) and then phoopes would have to rlly make a godread because most players in this game are p similar to each other in likelihood of being voted out or being scum
Fair enough, but I feel like we can at least kick it down the road and deal with it later.
Because the setup doesn't really matter after we flip phoopes. If he's mafia, we know there's no PRs left, and if he's town, whatever role the mafia picked is just irrelevant.
Does anyone have any thoughts about Joey's play at the end of d2 where he tied the vote by voting phoopes? What do we expect the mafia to do there? Let the tie happen?
I guess even if phoopes is mafia they probably just let the tie happen since that's still an okay result for them right?

Des might have been bussed, and it’s quite likely that DBD was the busser because he was pre-flipping her which is evidence of the bus, but she also might not have been bussed

I think it's v likely we're in a world where scum are slinking bc town are just incorrectly voting out active town, and Pebble would be one of the likeliest people doing this
and they have the cover to do this bc town are also kinda slinking for the most part (there's too many slinkers for them all to be scum)

I prob did end up arguing that the bus was really likely to happen, idr, bc people were incorrectly towncoring DBD and Miyami saying a bus would never happen and that's a bad defence of those slots
but I'm p sure throughout I was stating that it's just one possibility
DBD's scummy bc of the content of his posts hinting that he already knew des' alignments, he was setting up for a D2 where des was scum when there was no evidence at the time that she was, it was a policy vote, y'know
right, never mind then the most natural response is to do nothing
could have changed their vote after DBD placed the third onto des. genisu and celever have been talking about a bus all game (but apparently i misunderstood celever's point on that) so I am wondering if that was the case why wouldn't phoopes take that opportunity to vote des as well instead of getting stuck on pulsar.
