VGC help optimizing a rampardos team Reg F VGC

I have been playing some games with this team and overall feels good. Maybe because I am still a newbie at VGC and doubles in general there are a lot of games I should still be winning when I end up losing, but most of the time I am doing 2-3 wins with every loss. Its a slow climb, but I feel like other than optimizing and getting skillfully better at playing doubles and the format in general, there are some optimizations I could make to this team that I am not really seeing because of my lower knowledge and experience of the game. So lets break it down and please let me know what you think!

Bye Bye (Rampardos) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
Level: 50
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 180 HP / 252 Atk / 76 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Rock Slide
- Protect
- Iron Head
- Trailblaze

When getting trick room off, this guy slaps. I wanted to build around rampardos because I wanted something to build around that wasn't meta, and its also one of my favorite fossils. rock slide is his best stab for doubles, run iron to ohko flutter and other pesky fairy types, and trailblaze tera grass is mainly to OHKO urshifu rapid. I have been also thought about: thunder punch, hammer arm with tera fighting, and ground tera earthquake spam, but I haven't tried those yet in game.

-Atk (Incineroar) @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 50
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 HP / 100 Def / 156 SpD
Careful Nature
- Parting Shot
- Flare Blitz
- Fake Out
- Knock Off

One of the best redirection pokemon in the game. We run a basic competitive set for him. We can fake out to be able to set up trick room more easily, we also have parting shot for switch ins for rampardos and ursaluna.

Angy Bear (Ursaluna-Bloodmoon) @ Throat Spray
Ability: Mind's Eye
Level: 50
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 156 HP / 84 Def / 196 SpA / 72 SpD
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hyper Voice
- Blood Moon
- Earth Power
- Protect

A somewhat decent coverage mon for rampardos, but its mainly a good option if we can't bring rampardos into the enemy's team. Its a throat spray build since we have life orb on rampardos. Hyper voice procs and with mind's eye, we don't care about ghost types immunity.

guy under a robe (Mimikyu) @ Mental Herb
Ability: Disguise
Level: 50
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Shadow Sneak
- Destiny Bond
- Play Rough
- Trick Room

A great trick room option with mental herb, it can surpise enemies when they try to quick taunt it. The coverage and shadow sneak priority it provides is usually quite impressive. I was also thinking about swapping this mon out for a more meta trick room mon like farigaraf. Maybe it would be better, but after playing so much with mimi, its hard to lose with it. I think the only issue I run into is if I start with incin and mimi, and have to deal with urshifu if I can't get fake out. Or just running mimi into urshifu in general.

beep boop (Porygon2) @ Eviolite
Ability: Download
Level: 50
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 244 HP / 4 Atk / 76 Def / 116 SpA / 68 SpD
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Recover
- Tera Blast
- Ice Beam

Maybe a replacable option, don't know if its great to run double trick room. I have tried playing without it a couple times. I have tried some other options like torkoal instead, but I also don't find many reasons to want to bring it either.

AMOGUS (Amoonguss) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
Level: 50
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 HP / 156 Def / 100 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Spore
- Rage Powder
- Protect
- Sludge Bomb

The fungus has carried a couple games. Although sometimes I don't bring this pokemon, I feel like there were probably times I should have brought it more often. I think this pokemon is quite helpful. I don't know if its replacable in any way for something better. Spore and rage powder are quite good at protecting my hard hitters like rampardos and ursaluna, and because of trick room and how slow it is, it can hit some fast spores and do good damage into fairies with sludge bomb.

TLDR: I feel like this team is doing well, and maybe there are some things I can change to optimize it better. I think the only hard matchups I have into pokemon so far is Farigaraf, Urshifu rapid strike, a slow torkoal, and Ogerpon wellspring and Hearthflame. This could be because I am getting skill gapped and the team is solid enough, but I also feel like there could be better options for replacements? Maybe it would be worth experimenting a little more with a dual mode rather than just hard trick room?

Also if there is any way to make this team work for open sheet I would be down for suggestions, as long as we keep rampardos. Thanks for taking a look and commenting if you do.

hm. trailblaze on tr rampardos? I don't really get it. Um, otherwise tera flying isn't really useful w/ tera blast on p2. It can just use BoltBeam coverage, elec+ice

what about Tera fighting and replacing trailblaze with hammer arm, and then likely iron head for thunder punch, since I need something for urshifu and ogerpon? Only thing is I’d be weaker to flutter mane without a steel stab like that.

Hm tricky. Are you using trailblaze ever without tera? If not maybe stay grass but drop that for tera blast
I think grass is best for the matchups in the meta. I agree with swapping to Tera blast. Should I continue to run double trick room, or just drop one of them or replace with farigaraf? Probably should also then change Tera blast porygon to protect?

oh, sheer force, dumb me lol! I get it now

EDIT: Doesn't mean it's great, it's a weird mon obviously, but it's cool...I actually have used Bastiodon, the counterpart, in singles. era gives it the teensiest bit of breathing room, but I digress. Uh. I wouldn't know about full tr or which to set w/, fari is more standard fwiw. If keeping p2 definitely no tera blast, at least not likely. Maybe some types, but I think just t-bolt. Not Discharge cause that makes them slower sometimes and they can fare better in tr. Sorry I waited a bit this probably isn't much help though and that why. I thought a VGC bigwig would post, I stay out of vgc actually rofl!

All good! I actually made some changes and I think I am going to roll with this for a bit and see if this fairs better. When I did the math of thunder punch, hammer arm etc. It still didn't remove problems such as OHKO'ing ogerpon wellspring and hearthflame. So I think tera ground is the best possible option. That is because head smash will OHKO anything even without tera rock as long as I go first. Therefore, I can tera ground and just add earthquake instead which is a incredible stab into threats like: incin, chi-yu, raging bolt. So I paired it with this as an upgrade, and I do think this will be better. And to deal with rillaboom, I should be able to use torkoal to kill it, since grassy surge will likely be an issue if I am running earthquake and tera ground. Take a look at this and let me know what you think, and if its better than what I have above:

optimized rampardos?

Stomping tantrum can work too, depends how often it's in with incin or tork, vs corv and cress

Edit, looks better. Since you have zero fast mode, a 2 d tr was ok though imo.
