idk if this is the right section so im really sorry if its not, but is there a way i could make a different server(?) that changes the bsts of different pokemon, and adds some new moves, i cant really find a guide for anything like that...

If you don't use Discord, there's not really a forum or something; we tried to start one but it didn't get any use
